Hot water pressure was ok but cold water pressure was inconsistent and low. As such shower was scorching hot at times.
Flushing cistern also unable to fully flush away waste due to low pressure.
Shower floors were badly stained and appeared dirty.
Missing picture on the wall, only left with a screw on the wall.
The button for “Room cleaning services” was broken and not working.
Remote control with missing battery cover.
Sagging and unsupportive mattresses, like being tortured every night. Wake up more tired than before. Back pain throughout our stay.
Refrigerator was not working when we checked in.
Aircon not cold and very little wind coming out from the ducts. Every instant feels like being in a sauna.
Requested for maintenance but not much better. Worst still was the strong smell of smoke after repair.
Wifi was available at this hotel but speed was so slow that we had to rely on mobile data most of the time.
The cleaning staffs restocked only 2 sets of towels and toiletries though we paid for 3 adults via Expedia. Same thing after feedback to front desk.
There is also no sitting area in the lobby apart from paying customer at Starbucks.
The only good take away for our stay was that the hotel is directly linked to the mall making it very convenient. Surrounding the hotel are abundant of restaurants, spa, old school coffeeshops, etc.
Our room was 1315 in tower 1.
