Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head. Welcome to 82 Ocean Breeze, a beautifully updated villa perfectly situated in the heart of South Forest Beach. Just two blocks from the sand and steps from one of the community’s three pools and tennis court, this villa offers both comfort and convenience for your Hilton Head Island getaway. Spend your days biking along the island’s 50 miles of scenic pathways, relaxing at the beach, or exploring nearby Coligny Plaza—home to restaurants, shops, a bakery, coffee spot, grocery store, and nightly entertainment.

Inside, the villa features a newly renovated first level with stylish new furnishings and a bright, open layout. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, while the private deck offers a quiet spot to unwind outdoors. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms—each with a private full bath. The primary bedroom features a King bed, and the guest bedroom offers a Queen. A Queen sleeper sofa and half bath on the main floor provide extra comfort and flexibility for guests.

Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, free WiFi, three flat-screen TVs, and a complete set of linens and towels. Guests also enjoy four complimentary adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs, making it easy to explore and enjoy Hilton Head’s beautiful surroundings. With a prime location, thoughtful upgrades, and resort-style amenities, 82 Ocean Breeze delivers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure.

Perfect Beach Condo

Very nicely decorated home with all the amenities and comforts of home.Having 4 bikes was perfect for getting around this bike friendly neighborhood! Close to Coligny Parking for the beach - but walking distance to Alder lane Beach ! Was a perfect spot for our family to gather for a family reunion ! 3 pools to chose from and nice shaded paths !

My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. We actually lived in this residence for three months. Every amenity you could want was there. We needed nothing. It was so clean modern comfortable beach five minute bike ride away. The condo had bikes for us to use chairs for the beach umbrella. We like to get so much. We actually booked next winter again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Exceeded Expectations

My wife and I are very particular and we loved everything about this unit. Being dog friendly, we were able to bring our puppy. We were shocked at how clean it was upon arrival for a dog friendly location. Out in-laws rented a unit across the street and were extremely jealous when they saw how nice our rental was.

Lovely little spot!

Our group really enjoyed this rental! Our only complaint was that the mattresses seemed old and were rather hard. Other than that, we enjoyed the quiet location and the free bikes! The unit was also very clean.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable and just around the corner from the pool. We really appreciated the bikes and the convenient location to restaurants and shops. Our only complaints would be that there were no curtains in the bedrooms, only shears, so the bedroom was flooded with sunlight before 7am. Also, the kitchen could use some new pots and pan as the ones provided were very scratched up. Overall, this is a great condo and very comfortable. We really appreciated the small touches like storage baskets in the bathrooms, the footstool in the living room, the storage pantry in the kitchen and plenty of drawer space and clothes hangers in the bedrooms.

Perfect get away!

What can one say about Hilton Head - awesome location with amazing bike trails, beaches and restaurants. Staying at this home made our trip even better. We were very comfortable and the owner provided all amenities one could need. From a fully stocked kitchen to a clean unit with comfortable beds, this home and location are great. The bicycles that are included with the home made for a great way to get around the island. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our vacation here was very nice. Location was just as described. Beach, dining and activities were close by. Loved the walking/bike trails. We were able to ride our bikes everywhere. Only had to drive once while we were here.

Can’t speak highly enough about the communication and flexibility with the rental company and owners. The kitchen was well equipped, the bikes and beach stuff easy to find and in good working condition. The walk/ride to the beach was easy and not far. Good value!

Great location to everything. Plenty of room, but stairs a bit steep to upstairs to rooms. Bikes, little patio, TV'S in all the rooms.Kitchen was great, everything needed and more. Definitely a dog friendly neighborhood. Bike ride to the beach was quick through trail connected to neighborhood or 5 mins, if that by car. We really enjoyed it & communication with our host was great when we had questions.

Tucked away in the trees

We really enjoyed this property, it was tucked away and very quiet! Best part for us was that it came with 4 bikes, we rode everywhere! Everything was as described. The beach was about a 10-15 minute walk/ 5 minute bike ride. The unit itself came well equipped with pretty much everything you need for your stay. The pool was nice too! We would definitely stay at this location again in the future.
