See and hear the ocean from this literally on the beach, beautiful first floor Windsor Place end unit located on the first floor of Windsor Place inside of Palmetto Dunes Resort just one level above the covered parking garage with pool and ocean views.

Palmetto Dunes is located across HWY 278 from the Town Center Shops. There is a $25 weekly gate fee per vehicle due to the security and privacy of this villa located inside the private gated community of Leamington within Palmetto Dunes. Two vehicle passes will be called in for you to purchase at the pass office drive in window.

The pools are open-year round and one is heated mid March 15-April 30 and October 15-November 30. There is a kid’s pool, hot tub (open year-round) and several gas grills onsite for guests.

This is a first floor unit located over covered parking, which means it's actually on the second level. You will take an elevator from the ground floor to access the first floor. Luggage carts and bike racks are available in the garage.

New living room furniture was added in December of 2021, and now features a queen size sofa sleeper as well as a queen size Murphy Bed which is located inside of the cabinet that the 65” TV sits on in the living room. Please see photos in listing. The villa now sleeps six guests comfortably.

Linens, towels and started paper products are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate six guests. There is also a Keurig Combo Coffee Maker for ground coffee and Kcups.

This gorgeous 1st floor villa, with direct oceanfront views from every window, is a bright corner villa with three additional windows overlooking the pool and ocean. The villa also features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with large fridge complete with Ice maker and tile and carpeting throughout.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub and separate spacious all glass walk-in shower. The 2nd full bath is located just off of the dining area and kitchen with a full glass walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The living room features a large sectional sofa with queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size pull out Murphy Bed beneath the 65” Digital HD TV cabinet.

Among the finest oceanfront accommodations in Palmetto Dunes Resort, this villa complex stretches along a beautiful re-nourished Atlantic Beach, and is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens, walkways, lagoons, fountains and native trees including live oaks and palmettos. Amenities include Tennis for a fee, Pickle Ball and Golf with the Robert Trent Jones Course, Arthur Hills ans George Fazio courses for a fee within the resort for a fee. Amenities include two swimming pools (with adjacent restrooms), children's pool includes a water feature and play area, hot tub, large sun deck steps away from the pool overlooking the beach, and covered gazebo with gas grills. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.

*For the rental season, there is a FREE door-to-door shuttle to the Shelter Cove Marina, shops and restaurants. The shuttle operates from March - October.

The pools are heated from around March 15th to April 30th each year. The hot tub is heated year-round.

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. The property makes no refunds for no shows, early departures or discounted stays. If you are traveling during hurricane season, please purchase travel insurance via VRBO. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued.

The only heated pools on the island year round are at the Island Rec Center, and The Players Club and Resort. Day passes are available for purchase.
