Fantastic location overlooking the famous 18th tees of Harbour Town golf course and Calibogue Sound. The property was very clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching golfers and sunsets. It was great having the bikes and beach wagon as part of the package. Hilton Head, particularly Sea Pines, is always a gem and this was one of our favorite locations yet after vacationing for 25 years on HHI. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Views
Loved the views! Beautiful sunset and starry skies with moonlight dazzling on the water. Could watch the boats go by all day, including the Pirates of Hilton Head boat. Perfect layout for larger group. Master Suite was awesome and other bedrooms were roomy.

Gorgeous view!
We had a great stay! The location is fantastic—beautiful views and just a short walk to Harbour Town. The unit itself was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the space still felt welcoming and comfortable. There was no disruption from the construction of the nearby golf course or neighboring unit, which was a pleasant surprise. Having four bikes included was a huge bonus and saved us money on rentals. Would definitely stay here again!

Great locationUnit was well maintainedA few minor observations: Screen door to balcony was hard to open, slight funky smell in downstairs shower drain,it would have been nice to be warned that there was construction going on next door (not related to the golf tournament),really nice touch to have bathroom items (shampoo conditioner, body wash, body lotion, etc. Mostly everything met or exceeded our expectation.I would definitely recommend the unit (and your service) to our friends and family.

Location could not be any better!
This property has a peculiar interior layout and has not been renovated. With that being said, the beds are comfy and the furniture was nice.
in addition, the porch is amazing and your back lawn is the 18th hole and only a minute walk to harbor town.
We would also ride the bikes provided to The Salty Day during the evenings.
I would recommend this property, and I would stay here again.

Needs major Renovation
Property needs major cosmetic reno. Hvac system extremely dirty, every surface always coated with dust and the unit had a moisture problem. You can smell it when hvac is nit running. Place hasn’t been upgraded on probably 10-15yrs. Only good thing is location. You can find better for the price.

Old and tired, best part was new furniture on patio
Unit was in need of major remodel. Water leaks in master bath, frigerator in lower level was full of stale food, fan in master couldn’t be used as I was so wobbly, beds were like rocks with old mattresses. Very disappointing.

Great location, Wonderful art!
This townhouse was once very smart and beautifully decorated but time has passed since anyone cared enough to fix the deterioration of the appearance of many parts of the structure. I loved all the cookbooks, the comfortable chairs in the den to watch the world pass by, and being able to walk all over the Harbor Town area. And then my eye would be distracted and saddened that there were places that needed paint, the vent over the stove is fairly useless, and the refrigerator door seldom closed tightly. The kitchen is quite dated but I did really appreciate the toaster oven!
The view is sublime, the art work interesting and entertaining, the supplies provided adequate, and the Vacation Company went out of their way to provide what they could. The outside deck appears to be new but the umbrella doesn't tilt so the late afternoon sun could not be blocked. I suspect the Vacation Co. have not been able to convince the owners it is time to repaint much of the interior, repair wallpaper tears, recaulk the bathrooms, and freshen the entire townhouse because of lingering mustiness. Once the weather warmed up, the smell of mold on the lower level was very noticeable. I turned down the air conditioning which helped but it did not totally eradicate the smell.
We would love to rent this place again but I would have to be assured by the rental company that it had received the TLC it desperately needs.

Condo is in a great location with fabulous view. Kitchen well stocked. Not much TP but it is 2020. Did not know bikes came with property so renting was a mistake. A- rating.

Very enjoyable rental
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing and loved being able to grill out on the deck. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels as well as bathrooms. The upholstery was a bit tired and the musty smell when we walked in was oppressive. However, we were able to minimize the smell with air freshener and by changing out the air filter.

Great Week on HHI
Overall, we had a wonderful week on HHI. Although the weather wasn't the best, we were able to spend time walking to most places from the house. The location was our favorite part of the trip!
The house was tidy and clean upon arrival, but we did have 2 issues. First, the parking situation at the house was difficult due to the location and possible increase of cars for the holiday weekend. There is also a good amount of construction going on around the house causing additional vehicles during the week.
The second challenge was food preparation. The kitchen was small and dated. We found the stove to be almost unusable especially with the pans provided. Also, the grill on the deck was a little dated and difficult to use properly.
We would stay again, but be more prepared to bring our own cooking tools or eat out more!

Best holiday
We really enjoyed our time in this home. It's location was ideal ! Close to the Lighthouse, Harbourtown , tennis courts etc. The view was beautiful over the Sound .
The house itself worked well for our three generations . It was comfortable with several different sitting areas and lots of room to spread out. We would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful Second Visit to Mizzenmast Court
We loved the Mizzenmast Court home so much that we rented it again this summer. What a beautiful spacious home and the location can't be beat. We loved the water view and watching the boats come and go all day. The kitchen is a nice size for a vacation home and it was nice to be able to cook our own meals. We loved the new refrigerator and would really love to see a new oven next summer. The house also has a large laundry room and five bathrooms. We found that the staff at the Vacation Company were very quick to address any issues that arose during our two week stay. The Sea Pines Plantation is the best place to stay on Hilton Head Island. We loved to ride our bikes daily around Sea Pines. Lawton Stables was our favorite place to bike each day. We also biked to the beautiful beach club and enjoyed cool evening walks on the beach. Harbor Town is a short walk or bike away and we always enjoy the Harbor Town Bakery for breakfast. Savannah Georgia is about 45 minutes away and Charleston SC is just under two hours drive. Both are beautiful southern cities and well worth a visit. Skillets Cafe in Coligny Plaza is just outside the Sea Pines Gates and offers a delicious breakfast. Jade Garden in Bluffton is a really good Chinese buffet restaurant and is just over the bridge near the Tanger Outlets. The Skull Creek Boathouse Restaurant is a wonderful and affordable restaurant right on the water. Parking is tight, so go early and take your camera for beautiful water front photos. We look forward to staying at the Mizzenmast Court house again next summer.

This is a lovely townhouse that has everything you need when visiting Hilton Head. Great view of the golf course and water and tastefully decorated. You feel at home from the time you get there and it is a very comfortable.

My second review.
I just wanted to come back to leave another review after another successful spring break trip to 17 Mizzenmast Court with my wife and two daughters. Once again, a great experience with walks into Harbourtown, bike rides, relaxation, and a little bit of golf. The house was just as we remembered and the kids are so familiar with it after 3 stays that they each have "their" rooms and it feels like home to them. Thanks for being great hosts and we look forward to returning to this gem again soon.
