Purpleaire - Witness the Sun Rise and Set from Above Alpine Helen

Make sure to arrive in time to sink into your stay with a view of the sunset. Life is better at this cabin on top of Mount Andy. From the early morning sun flooding over the top of the ridge to the spectacular evening sunsets silhouetting Pinnacle Mountain, the views at Purpleaire are Spectacular!

In addition to the spectacular views, this cabin offers luxury accommodations with recreation inside and out! The bedroom features a king bed with the indoor jacuzzi garden tub and a television. Enjoy time in the outdoor hot tub and relax while listening to the sounds of nature. There is a game room downstairs with a pool table, WiFi, Streaming TV and a sleeper sofa for two guests. At Purpleaire, you just down the road from the Chattahoochee National Forest and Smithgall Woods State Park. It is also convenient to both Cleveland and Helen.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Purpleaire is a Luxury property and available to families or to guests 25 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 2 vehicles.
• Access: The road is paved and driveway is gravel
• Pets: Pets are not allowed at Purpleaire.
• Location: 6.5 miles to downtown Helen.

Excellent. Exactly as pictured.

We got exactly what we expected. The view was amazing, the cabin was clean and excellent. 10 minute drive down roads with no traffic to get to Helen but we only left to eat because the cabin was so great.Check in was easy, host called to check on us, absolutely no issues. We will definitely be staying again.

Anniversary Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Purpleaire. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. The house was comfortable and the hot tub was a nice way to relax. The owner was sweet to check on us. My only thing I would say is the bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. It definitely sank in the middle and might benefit from a new mattress - my husband didn’t seem to mind though lol. Other than that we had no complain. We enjoyed sightseeing, hiking and having fog fun in the city of Helen. Highly recommend the trip.

Your peaceful place

We loved this little house on the hill! It was perfect for my husband and I and our 17 yr. old daughter. Great energy and even greater views. Location to Helen and other things to do was very convenient. We would definitely love to return to the Purpleaire again someday.

Great views and location, needs updating

Location is convenient to Helen, waterfalls, state parks etc. Everyone we met was amazingly friendly. We would stay in the area again. Views from cabin are breathtaking. Cabin was clean and comfortable but it needs updating. Layout is good for 2 people. Road to cabin is paved, driveway is gravel.

Peaceful getaway

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and it was the perfect place to do so. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The view was amazing and the pool table and hot tub were nice. The kitchen had most of what we needed for cooking and the house is in a nice location close to several wineries and small towns.

Perfect getaway

This was a perfect getaway from the city. The cabin was great with a nice view of the mountains. The wind was extremely loud on our first night and we had to go out on balcony and turn the chairs over. Will be renting this cabin again.

anniversary trip

This house is perfect if you are looking for a romantic getaway. We loved it. We didn't even go into the town of Helen, which is way cute, we just wanted to stay at the house. The view is beautiful, it was great to just lay in bed and look out the window. Or relax in the in room tub or the jacuzzi on the lower deck. The bed was comfortable, Kitchen stocked good enough, the shower upstairs did not have a lot of power, but enough to get the job done. We will totally be back. Loved it

Quick get away

This property is great for a couple. My wife and I shared our first anniversary here and it was just what we needed. It's a short drive to Helen and the tub was nice after a day of hiking.
