DOGS ONLY: Approved low-shedding breeds only. Dogs must be potty trained, under 50 lbs, and no more than 2 per stay.

Not permitted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Bullmastiffs, high-shedding or large breeds, and cats.

Standard Pet fee: $150/pet

Long term pet fee (stays of 7+ days): $35/day per pet. Confirm pet terms with property manager, as breed and shedding factor into approval.

Pets may not be left unattended, tied up outside, or allowed on furniture/beds. Guests must supply their own pet bed/crate and clean up waste

The road to this cabin is dirt/gravel.

The maximum number of vehicles in the driveway is 2.

Seasonally decorated for Christmas, including a Christmas Tree, right after Thanksgiving and taken down right after the New Year’s holiday

We provide complimentary essential products to get you started for your stay, such as 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 trash bags, 2 laundry pods, 1 bath soap per bathroom, and 1 pack of coffee.
