"Gorgeous property with lots of sitting areas and places to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We even saw hot air balloons one morning! We took advantage of the complimentary Croix tasting and loved the wines- definitely check it out if you are into Russian River Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. There was an issue with the hot tub but we got assistance right away and the technician worked hard to get it fixed."

"We had an issue with the heat coming on and not turning off and one of the hosts came over right away to reprogram the system and cool the affected rooms off. They have a book (like a published book) with all the info you need about the surrounding area and where things are located. We had 4 couples and it was nice that everyone had their own space."

"Couldn’t find a phone number to contact anyone with questions. Also tried messaging - repeatedly linked to receive a code - just kept going back to the code request. When a message box finally showed up, I hit send and it wouldn’t send. Very frustrating. "
