"The owner, Karen, made us feel so welcome like it was our own home for 4 days. The house was spotless and so much space both indoors and our for our 3 generations. 4 little ones spent their time either in the pool, out on the lawns playing ball, playing board games at the kitchen table or watching TV in the family room. The house is so comfortable, the views incredible and 5 minutes into Healdsburg. Thank you Karen for your hospitality."

"The house and grounds were beautiful. We celebrated our youngest son's 30th birthday (6 adults). There was more than enough room for everybody; we liked the layout with 2 separate wings for bedrooms. We loved the modern design of the interior and exterior. The kitchen had everything we needed. We cancelled a big dinner out one night because we enjoyed the house so much and just wanted to prepare our own food and drink our own wine. Views were great. So peaceful. My favorite VRBO stay so far....

"No, seriously, stay in this house if for no other reason than the incredible number of birds around, especially hummingbirds! The house is clean and comfortable with a great view. You can roll your kayaks down the hill to the river, then sit in the hot tub and commune with nature. One of the best parts of the house? The house manager Tenay! We had our informational call when we got settled and by the end of the call I felt we’d been friends forever. She’s a wealth of knowledge on places to go,...

"This was our second time staying here, and it is AMAZING! Beautiful location in a vineyard and close proximity to numerous great wineries. So many thoughtful touches and incredible hospitality by hosts, Wayne and Pauline. Lovely airy deck for sipping wine and relaxing. We enjoyed a couple free concerts in local town squares and some great cuisine in Healdsburg restaurants. Well-stocked with many amenities. We loved it!"

"We had a great wonderful stay at the River House. The house was fully furnished and very clean. River essentials (kayaks/life vest and floaties) were available. My youngest grandson’s favorite feature was the swing The place is short distance driving to downtown Healdsburg where we mostly had our lunch/dinners. Will definitely consider coming back to this place cuz of the ambience and the wonderful fast assistance of Debi and husband when we had a fridge situation. Again…thank you "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was great. Easy access to Healdsburg for wine tasting. The river was lovely for swimming and paddle boarding. We saw lots of wildlife. Egrets, deers, otters, raccoons. Fabulous. "
