Farpoint: Heated Infinity Pool, Mountain Views

Play and relax in this expertly designed home. Among the home’s offerings is a large saltwater infinity pool that is gas-heated year-round and a 7-person hot tub - all with amazing panoramic views from within the Mayacamas Mountains. Indoors, it was very important for us to provide spaces that were comfortable for large groups. Two giant sectionals in the living room can seat 12 adults. The dining table is set up for 10 adults, and, if needed, the pool table can convert to a second large dining table in the adjoining family room. Five beds, three king-sized and two queen-sized, provide ample private sleeping spaces.

If you need to work, the home has professionally installed, enterprise-grade Ubiquiti Unifi Gigabit wireless internet. There’s even an access point by the pool for all your “work from pool” needs.

The 35’ long pool will feel gigantic even with your entire group in the water. The infinity edge hanging over the Mayacamas Mountain valley gives you the feeling of being perched on the edge of the world. The saltwater system protects your skin and hair from the drying and damaging effects of high amounts of chlorine. The substantial deck around the pool is enough space for everyone to spread out for sunrise yoga or to simply relax on the chaise lounges.

The upper deck has a 7-person hot tub with the same panoramic views. We recommend enjoying the sunset from this location. This deck too is quite large for a number of fun activities, including dining on the outdoor dining table. The upper deck is accessible through double doors from both the living room and family room.

The heart of the interior of the home is the giant living room where 12 people can comfortably have a movie night. In addition to the double sectional couch seating, the living room has a 75" 4K TV with Netflix/Max/Disney/Hulu/Paramount and a reading nook. The family room has a pool table with a topper that converts it into a ping pong table or a second large dining table. It also has a couch, a 4K TV, surround sound speakers, and a wet bar.

Between the living and family rooms is the dining room with a large natural wood table. Comfortably seating 10, it has an amazing wall of windows to allow the dining experience to take in the view.

The kitchen is fully stocked with table settings for 12. Additionally provided are 4 sets of children plates/bowls and utensils. Fully stocked glassware includes: 16x highball and rocks glasses, 12x wine glasses, 12x champagne glasses, and large water glasses. For enjoying outside, there is a set of 12 plastic glasses, 12x silicone wine/cocktail glasses, and 12x melamine table settings. For cooking large meals,there are two ovens, a 6-burner stove, and a 2.1 cu ft microwave, in addition to a large assortment of cookware, utensils, and serving dishes. Visit the organic farmer’s market that is 8 minutes away and cook a feast! Or invite in a private chef and relax by the pool before dinner is served.

Four large bedrooms comprise the second part of the house. 3 of the bedrooms have king beds. The 4th bedroom has two queen beds. Premium new mattresses in every room. High-end, new linens for each bed and bathroom. There is a door in the hallway that separates two bedrooms from the other two if extra privacy is desired. All bedrooms are equipped with luggage racks, power strips by each side of the bed, and wooden hangers.

We welcome families! We provide a pack-and-play with fitted sheets, board and card games, highchair, baby gate, baby monitor, kid’s dishes and utensils, and children’s books.

This home is the perfect escape into nature while still being just minutes from wineries, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and, well, a lot more nature in terms of hiking, biking, kayaking, and tubing.

- A maximum of 10 overnight guests are permitted, with 6 additional daytime guests allowed between the hours of 7am - 10pm.
- Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am. Please move the fun inside after 10pm :)
- Per our vacation rental permit, no music or any amplified sound can be played outdoors.
- Pool and Spa hours are 7am - 10pm.
- No glassware or indoor dishes are allowed outside. Outdoor dinnerware, cups, and cocktail/wine glasses are provided.
- No use of sidewalk chalk or water balloons please.
- Please do not use glitter or confetti, or attach decorations to the walls with tape.
