"Great pub just outside of Penzance - would recommend"

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room was lovely, very well equipped, and had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and all the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Quarto muito limpo e confortável. Staff atencioso e muito simpático. Localização ótima é de frente para o mar. Breakfast delicioso!!! Meu quarto era.meio barulhento entre 10Am e 8m. Por ser ao lado da cozinha do restaurante., acho impor isso foi mais barato. A noite não tinha barulho algum."

"Great place to stop off either to stay or eat"

"This pub was a great stop for us following a day of walking the SWCP. Very peaceful even though it is a pub. It is approximately 1 mile from Perranunthnoe, and SWCP. Bus 2 runs from right outside so ideal for connections to Penzance and Porthleven. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return."

"Good location however if driving parking can be difficult, though paid parking across the road. £7.50/24 hrs. It is above a pub so can be noisy. Room spacious as we were 3 adults. Tea/coffee in room. Nice view from our room. Ocean views. Staff helpful. We had no hot water first night and they tried their best to get sorted. No air conditioning - a small fan in room - was hot, albeit middle of summer! Nice breakfast included- continental and cooked if you wish."

"Sehr schönes Zimmer, was wir zu dritt hatten. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles Lokal mit leckerem Essen, einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: das dritte Bett ist ein etwas unbequemes Schlafsofa. Insgesamt: tolle Unterkunft mit guter Ausgangslage, um Cornwall zu erkunden. Kann ich nur empfehlen!"

"We booked 3 rooms through Expedia. I thought they were quite expensive for what we paid, 280 each for superior sea view. When we arrived after a long drive taking over 9 hours we were told we only had 2 rooms booked. The manager was gone ages and came back telling us there had been a mistake, tried to blame Expedia and took two members of our party to its sister hotel, the Pedn Olva up the road. It’s a nice hotel but meant our party had been split up. The room in the Pedn Olva was tiny, hot and...
