"The property was in a great location a little bit away from the busy parts of LA. The staff were excellent, especially Justin and Diane. They were very gracious and helpful with our requests and needs during the stay. The room we had was great, the size and amenities offered were excellent. We were disappointed with the housekeeping who did not service the room as we were informed that they would. We had to go to reception to request fresh towels and the garbage taken out. "I stay in this area a couple times per year and I've had some hit and miss bookings. This property exceeded my expectations. It was sparkling clean. The complex was quiet, and it's just a block from 2nd Street, a great place to stroll, dine, and shop. Although I didn't use the kitchen, it appeared adequately supplied . There is shampoo and body wash in the bathroom. There is air conditioning, which is handy in this hot summer weather. My experience was great. I will definitely stay here again. "
