"The location is great. The insulation is very poor, i could hear the neighbours room the noise from the TV. The mattress is terrible, needs replacing as it was a little lumpy and bump so I couldn't get a good night's sleep for 3 days. The room was ok, the bathroom was very small just enough room for a shower and a toilet. It is walkable distance to the main historical area, the defence walls, the beautifu houses and the pubs on Spice Island so that was a bonus."

"The Woolpack Inn excelled in a lot of areas,especially with respect to parking nearby, with good food throughout and a comfortable and quiet room/suite with good furnishings, TV, kettle, bathroom-shower facilities. The staff were very helpful and the guest breakfast area very nice and friendly. If travelling again to a nearby area I would stay again if the prices remain competitive and standards maintained. The only "fly in the ointment " was the frequent "door slamming" of fellow guests in the...

"Me and my husband loved our stay here. We were happy we found this property on such short notice. My husband wanted to get away for the weekend before starting his chemotherapy the week after and wanted to do something different and this was just perfect. He feels relaxed and ready to start his treatment. Thanks to all the staff at the nag's head pub you guys made our weekend feel special. "

"Conveniently placed for exploring the city on foot with free parking. We were in room 4 which had a south facing verandah which was lovely as we had good weather. The full english breakfast was excellent - done exactly as it should be. All the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very welcoming and a cosy room in a separate part of the building - the old coach house. Lovely to stay in such an historic building. Continental breakfast was delicious and is included in stay. Very convenient for Chichester Festival Theatre and City Centre. "

"The room was a good size with usual tea/coffee facilities along woth bottled water and a mini fridge. Very clean except for a few cobwebs in the window. The beds were comfotable and the room was quiet. We had a drink in the garden at the back which was a very good size with plenty of shade. Free parking too. Will definitely book again."

"St Marys Gate Inn looked extremely comfortable, clean and welcoming in the photo's online. Believe me when I say, it is much much more when you arrive. Welcomed by Lola on arrival (we were much earlier than expected) we were shown a table for Sunday lunch straight away (Food is excellent both flavours and presentation). The room was exceptional, huge main area, immaculate bathroom, tea and separate coffee facilities in the room, two huge windows. Bed was very comfortable, just a very relaxing...
