The house is nicely arranged for accommodating couples, families, and individuals, and provides a comfortable spot for spending relaxing time on beautiful Hat Island. The lot and picnic table across the road provide a wonderful view of Puget Sound, boats, and the state ferries."

"The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was."

"Check- in was a breeze! We were even allowed to show up just a bit early, and that really saved our day. While we didn’t take full advantage of that wonderful kitchen, everything we needed was there when we needed it! Our only real issue was that 2 of the showers were only pumping cold water. The 2 that were working was plenty for us though, and that sauna shower was amazing! Like standing under a waterfall. Lots of stairs, so bring comfortable shoes. The trains weren't an issue at all. "A estadia esteve ótima. Quando cheguei até daria 5 estrelas, mas ao tentar conectar o WiFi foi a primeira decepção. Para ter uma conexões razoável teria que pagar, a gratuita era lenta e limitada. Quanto ao conforto, o colchão precisa ser substituído, esta deformado e tinha apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoas, poderiam colocar pelo menos mais um por pessoa. Quanto a limpeza, o check-in foi no domingo e foram limpar o quarto apenas na quinta feira, 1 dia antes do check out. Ficamos com as toalhas molhadas o tempo todo. Precisei ir na recepção pedir mais papel higiênico e sabonete. No restante, foi tudo otimo, bem localizado, quando chegamos o quarto estava limpo e cheiroso e depois da limpeza estava nas mesmas condições. "
