"It is a nice property, the room was clean, kitchen was a plus and bathroom was good too. You can listen to other apartments very easily and during the weekend it is especially noisy around, but during the night it was more quiet overall. The beach is 10 steps from the property, rooftop view is beautiful. "It was a really good location, even though you are near a lot of very busy places in Hollywood, the street is very quiet and it feels very safe. You can walk to a lot of attractions and you have grocery stores, stores and pharmacies within walking distance. The room was very good, claen, bed super comfortable and the washer/dryer in the room was a plus. I would only wish there was a fitness facility but other than that everything was good."

There is no concierge or person available to help. Everything is self-help. If you’re ok with the things that are available, it is the perfect place for you! "We had a couple issues during our stay, however they were handled in a timely manner. The location was probably the best part about it. We were able to walk to the majority of our destinations during the week. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend staying in an upstairs unit due to the noise from other renters. For the price, location and staff, I would recommend staying."
