"We came late & just needed to rest before finishing our drive. The front desk staff was very nice, the room was clean & comfortable. The only complaints I had was the breakfast was beyond minimal, there was barely any selection. And the towels in the room were so stained and gross we didn’t towel. My 8 year old even held it up when she was about to wash her face and was like ‘why is this so dirty?’ Definitely time to upgrade towels."

"We weren’t planning on a stay in Jasper but a bad storm forced us off the highway. Was delighted with property from friendly welcoming front desk to a clean room with great beds and good linens. It was quiet, AC worked perfectly and the breakfast buffet was good. Completely satisfied!"

There’s no ac in the hallways . It has a musty smell. It’s dark and dingy and needs to be updated. The rooms are gross. The couch and carpet look 100 years old. The couch was disgusting. It needs to be burned. The carpet needs to be ripped up. The walls need repainting . They’re yellow and stained. The microwave...
