A cozy one-bedroom cottage with a separate area containing a bunk bed (great for the kids!) and a pull-out couch in the living room, you'll find Fairhaven is an ideal destination for couples and families with young children. Enjoy relaxing on the beautiful, elevated deck overlooking the lake.

While you have immediate access to the lake for boating, swimming, and fishing, you'll also find a number of other attractions close by. Visit the village of Hammondsport, just 10 miles down the lakeshore, where you'll find the Glenn H Curtiss Museum, the Finger Lakes Boating Museum, and a number of unique shops, and excellent restaurants. Take a winery tour, explore Seneca Lake through Schooner Excursions, just 30 miles away in Watkins Glen, and sample some local brews at the Steuben Brewing Company, only three miles from your front door.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
