"The view was spectacular. Every room has a balcony that overlooks the vineyard and the lake. Can’t beat it! The beds were also very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very simple; hot and cold cereal, yogurt and coffee/tea. The building is a bit dated and needs some work… bathrooms need 100% updating, needs new carpeting throughout, and wall paper is peeling."

"Spent 2 quiet restful nights here. Pool was closed but everything else was in good condition. Enjoyed coffee and breakfast in their clean lobby area. Well worth the cost for a room."

"The room was okay but the bedding had a lot of stains. There were no closets and the rooms were very very basic. Bathroom was okay and everything was very dated. All the points are for the view alone! It's absolutely beautiful and it made up for everything the room lacked. If the property was updated and me maintained better it could easily become a 5 ⭐ place."

"Place gets a lot of travelers. Located in the town. Close to the Keuka Outlet trail for biking or hiking. Walkable to local restaurants and bars. (We went to the Main Deck, great food located on the lake, balcony dining) Chamber of Commerce is approx. 1 mile away, definitely a place to stop in to get an idea of where boat cruises, rentals, winery , ice cream shops etc are Staff was very friendly, great recommendations for dinner. "The hotel meet what is expected. A good and comfortable place to lay down your body and have a good night sleep after a busy day. It’d be great if they include meat or eggs in the breakfast. But the experience is good. "

"Building needs some TLC and updates. While in the common area of the B&B at night we could hear lots of scratching in the walls and then we did see a mouse. The breakfast was just okay. Having stayed at several B&Bs this breakfast was probably on the bottom of my list. The office where we checked in smelled like cigarettes. I would probably not stay here again. Not the worst place I've ever stayed but definitely near the bottom."
