"We went to Ottawa for a fitness competition and chose this hotel stay at and it was incredible. Service was amazing. I felt sick over the weekend and the staff brought ice to my room at 3 AM within minutes. The balcony option was amazing. The cleanliness was on point and the bed was so comfortable."

"It’s great I stay there every Monday for work. The staff are great the location is convenient. There is two small things they can upgrade one the pillows are half pillows and two the blankets could be replaced they are these old weird itchy blankets kind of like the fireproof material. Just the pillows and blankets need upgrading besides that I have no complaints and will be a weekly costumer. "
