"Overall, we had a good stay at the Best Western in Pembroke. The room was clean, and the staff were exceptional everyone we dealt with at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. We arrived late in the evening and were a little disappointed that our Rewards VIP bottle of wine wasn’t in the room. It also would have been nice to have vending machines that accepted debit or credit cards, or at least bottled water readily available after hours. That said, the front desk staff...

"The room was recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Bed and bedding were wonderful. Best shower pressure I have had at a motel in a long time. Beach was wonderful and the view breathtaking!!! Wee bit disappointed with continental breakfast but we made due. Because of the impossibility to get staff, the restaurant had limited options and hours. Wish they had microwaves in rooms so we could have made our own food. We will definitely be back but better prepared for meals. There are few...

"The property was quite unique.. and very close to amenities and attractions. Convenient to all areas.. close to the Princess crystal Mineral rock hounding. The hostess was amazing and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Felt like home away from home. Was a special getaway.. breakfast was delicious. Her lovely dog Luna was amazing .beautiful Lake view on property.. 10 out of 10 .would go back for sure."
