"The property is very clean, looks like it was just renovated. They have everything you need in terms of comfort. Towels are provided, coffee maker. Kitchen is very nice and you can appreciate the decorations and amenities. One downside is that is on the lower level of an aprtment complex, and you can hear every single step from people above you. When we stayed there, a family with kids was also staying on the second floor right above us and the kid was running around until like 2 a.m. which...

"The check in process is easy and the location is very convenient. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean but a few misc. notes. There is no tissue being provided, we have to go shopping for tissues. We can only find three coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinets (we have 4 people). The Keurig cup was left in the brewer (not sure how long it has been there). Since we are not sure the brewer has been cleaned or not so we boiled water for the instant coffee which...

"We had plenty of room to work, cook, and eat, the two of us. I enjoyed many design elements and useful items: extra bath mat & hook in bathroom, washer/dryer, plenty of dishes. Great light. Hosts went to great trouble to replace an appliance as soon as it broke. They were responsive to all our requests. Location was perfect for us. No street noise, no bugs or odd smells. Very clean."
