"The host was very responsive and helpful! We had various questions throughout the stay and the responses were always very quick. We took several of their restaurant recommendations for things nearby and they were all fantastic. The bed/sheets are really lovely and there are multiple things that make it more comfortable from sound machines to ear plugs. "The check in process is easy and the location is very convenient. The air conditioners in the bedrooms are very quiet. The rooms are clean but a few misc. notes. There is no tissue being provided, we have to go shopping for tissues. We can only find three coffee mugs in the kitchen cabinets (we have 4 people). The Keurig cup was left in the brewer (not sure how long it has been there). Since we are not sure the brewer has been cleaned or not so we boiled water for the instant coffee which...

"The home was comfortable and spacious, but when we arrived there was a distinct odor throughout the house that smelled of rotting food mixed with bleach. We ended up opening the windows and cleaning the kitchen to air out the place, and in the kitchen cabinet we found old food rotting behind the garbage can. The smell of bleach and bad cleaning supplies permeated through the house even after airing it out for a while. We did not find the apartment clean at all, thankfully we were only there one...
