BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

The VRBO pictures are great, but being in the condo and looking at the entire gulf area from 15 stories is absolutely amazing! We kept the curtain open at night just to see the beautiful view. For four days we were living on TOP OF THE WORLD! We highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed staying in the unit. It was very clean. The process for obtaining the key to enter the unit was stressful and the Check-In instructions were confusing. It would have been very nice to have a keyless entry, similar to access to the indoor pool and the gate for entry to the beach. One of the keys would not unlock the unit's door but could lock it. Found that to be an interesting concept. We reported the key issue immediately upon arrival on Fri but did not get a replacement key until 3 days later on Monday. Instructions for getting access to your WiFi was not correct on the write-up. Reported that issue immediately also. A customer service rep did something to provide access to my cell phone but not to the two other guests. After I reported that issue, WiFi access was discontinued on my phone. Resolution on this issue was received 2 days later on Sunday. For some odd reason, access to your cable service ended on Tuesday around 5pm, the day before we checked out.

We had a wonderful time. Condo was suburb! Quiet, away from the main stream and gorgeous view from balcony. Walk across the road to the beach is right there and indoor and outdoor pool was enjoyable. Quiet stay for a weekend. Just what we all needed to relax and rejuvinate! Definitely recommend and we will be staying again in the future!!

WE ARE IN OUR 80,S. MY HUSBAND HAS CANCER AS WELL AS BEING WHERE HE CAN ONLY SHUFFLE WITH A ROLLATER . WE LOVE THE LAGOON, BAY AS WELL AS THE GULF. CANT DO THE BEACH ANYMORE BUT LOVE THE NICE BALCONY WE HAD.CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, NICE BEDS & BATHROOMS. MASTER BATH NEEDS A TALLER COMMODE. KITCHEN NICE. DECORATED VERY NICELY.

Exactly as pictured! The low occupancy condo was perfect- you get the flexibility and benefits of a condo without needing to deal with the craziness of parking and elevators at the large condos the the center of the beach. The dock area was beautiful and so relaxing- perfect for having meals or relaxing on the balcony.

Love that this condo had 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and bed that were queens or bigger. The common area was large and open and allowed us all to hangout and cook with plenty of space. The indoor hot tub and pool were never to busy and the location to restaurants and shopping was great! The beach…. What a super easy 3 min walk to feel the sand in our toes.

The location and the condo were great. The only issue was the mattress in the first bedroom had a huge dip in it. Unfortunately, the friend staying in that bedroom did not sleep well during our stay. Suggest that the mattress be replaced.

Plenty of room for our family (4adults and 4kids). All three rooms had ocean views, short walk across the road to beach. Traffic was light and no issues with crossing with our four kids. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool when it was rainy. Would definitely recommend!!

Great location. Easy access to condo. Nice with only two units on each floor and In October not a huge crowd. Condo and furnishings are very nice. Great for a quick weekend in town for a family wedding. One thing, it could be time for new mattresses.

Over all this was a really nice place! I only had one complaint that one on the TV in the guest room wasn’t working & we never got a chance to use it. But Overall everything was great! I will be staying here again! Really soon!

We were there for a softball tournament and generally like the quieter beaches. This location gave us a good compromise with the crowds. The views were amazing and you get the width of the building. So ever though it’s in the bay side, plenty of views of the gulf, sunrises and sunsets. Amenities were super nice and love the essentially private floor. You needed a key fob to get to your floor. It wouldn’t let you go to other floors. Beach access was very easy and traffic was light enough that crossing the street was no problem.

The condo was very clean and easy to get too. Only thing is we only had one key and fob to use with our family of 7. That made it hard if someone wanted to go back to the condo. Other than that I recommend these condos.
