Relax! This is the vacation you've been waiting for!

3 bedroom, 3 bath Penthouse level condo in the Island Royale Tower on West Beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. From the east corner balcony you have unobstructed views of the white sandy beaches and aqua blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Enjoy the beautiful city lights of Gulf Shores at night!

Newly redecorated in December, 2022. This luxury condo has ceramic tile floors, high ceilings, crown moulding, stainless appliances, granite counters, and designer touches everywhere!

You'll love the layout! This condo has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. The main living area features a sofa bed and ample seating, 50' 1080 DP, 60HZ TV, dining for 6 and a breakfast bar. Triple sliding glass door leads to the balcony and allows incredible views from inside and out.

The Gulf Front King Master Suite features 32' flat screen TV, and its own private bath. The double slider opens to the Gulf Front balcony and provides a stellar water view.

The Queen Master Suite features a 32' flat screen TV, and private bath with glassed-in shower. Enjoy the views of Little Lagoon and Bon Secour Bay from the balcony.

The King Guest Suite off the main hall has 32' flat screen TV, and access to the hall bath. This set up allows for a third private master suite!

Our kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for a great vacation! You'll find upscale stainless and aluminum cookware, wine glasses, ample dinnerware and glassware, and every utensil and gadget we could think of. For the kids, we have our popular 'Kids Collection' of fun beach tableware.

Our balcony is the best! Upscale outdoor furnishings and over 350 sq ft facing the Gulf of Mexico. You have a 270~ view of the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beaches, Little Lagoon, downtown, and front row seats for the 4th of July fireworks from the Gulf State Park!

To complete your vacation experience, our condo offers Free Wi-Fi, a reserved garage parking space, it's own separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and central air conditioning.

Island Royale Condominium amenities include 500' of private beach, workout room, heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, grilling area.

Family Vacation

Condo was spacious, loved that each bedroom had there own bathroom! Balcony had beautiful views of the ocean and plenty of comfortable furniture. Easy access to beach, only grip, floors and bedroom rugs needed to be cleaned better. I would definitely recommend this condo and come back! Thank you!

Amazing Views!

Our recent 5 night stay was amazing at the Island Royale Penthouse 4. The layout of the condo was perfect and the 3 bedroom with 3 baths fit our needs perfectly! The ocean views from the balcony are stunning and the area was large enough for our family of 7 to enjoy the sunsets together. We will most definitely book again! Perfect Beach Vacation

This was a great condo for 3 couples! We each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, up to date appliances. Parking was near elevator, pool, and beach.entrance. The best thing was the stunning beach views from our balcony.

Gulf Shores Girls Trip

The condo was great, the views were amazing. Loved hanging out on the balcony and listening to the water and watching the waves was soooo relaxing. No complaints, everything went smoothly. Would definitely book here again.

The property was kept up well, we felt very safe. There were three of us and we loved having our own bathroom. The view from the balcony was beautiful! Very comfortable beds, we were supplied with everything we needed. The decor was very tasteful.

The Views are Millionaire

You can't beat the condo's views with a full beach out of multiple windows. With views of the back bay out another room. This condo has plenty of space for everyone and 3 bathrooms helped with the little kids. Condo was beachfront a very short walk and you were on the beach. The only drawback was that the main pool was not heated, but two jacuzzis and a small kiddy pool were.

Gulf shores gem

There were a couple issues at check-in, but Scott made things right with a much appreciated late checkout! Penthouse was beautiful, views and sounds of ocean were to die for, there's a little wear and tear in bathroom tub/showers, decor was beachy and light, enough space for my fam of 10 to have dinners together. Property is located in a fantastic area, you can walk right out to the beach where you'll find gorgeous views, and crystal white sand as far you can see.

Fire Alarm Night!!!

P401 is a GREAT property and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves even though it started raining on Sunday ā€¦ Sunday night as we were all ready for bed, and a few of us already in the bed, the emergency alarm sounded for us evacuate to ground floor parking area ā€¦ problem resolved after about 30-45 minutes but it took longer than that for our hearts to stop racing!!!
