If you forget anything, Seawind is only a couple of miles from the new Wal-Mart and another mile or so from the new Target, which is located next to Pelican Plaza. There is also a movie theatre in Pelican Plaza! Old Time Pottery, a huge Tanger Outlets Plaza and more shopping are available!

Seawind is a newer building, built in 2006. Oceanfront/Beachfront condo - gorgeous views! Come and relax!

Spacious area with lots of amenities! Had an area with beach toys to use, board games, etc. perfect for families! Great communication with owner throughout booking process and during stay! We absolutely loved it and plan on using this for our future vacations!

Tons of space to separate our group into family units. Half bath off the living room was great for our group.Balcony super spacious, plenty of kitchen tools / pans / even Tupperware. Extra kitchen tools available in laundry room (Ice maker / second coffee maker). Vacuum / brooms were available to help with sand the kids carried back from the beach.Linens clean, enough for the group and more.Beach toys were super useful. David, our host, was great at communicating and very accommodating.Great views, easy parking, right on the beach. Kids loved the kid pool (ages 18mo-6yr)Location super central with access to many restaurants, activities, and shopping. ONLY complaint was the complexā€™s elevators, many times they were very dirty (not just sand, but spills and grime). Half the time we couldnā€™t go ā€œupā€ from our friends on the 14th floor - the up wouldnā€™t work. That is completely separate from the condo - but provided feedback to office

My husband and all our boys along with our nephew traveled for a guys spring break and had the BEST TIME and absolutely loved their stay at this property it was home away from home plus some! Definitely will stay here again!

The property was beautiful with an outstanding view! The location was perfect and very convenient, with plenty to do nearby. We had a wonderful stay overall! The only downside was that some of the listing photos could use updating - I initially thought the adults would have the oceanfront view, but it ended up going to the kids instead. Not a huge deal, just a little disappointing. Also, the indoor/outdoor pool was closed for maintenance, which was a bit of a letdown for the kids. Otherwise, a great experience!

The condo was beautiful, roomy and clean.Loved the big sectional in the living room with 2 recliners. Mattresses were very comfortable. The master bath is huge! Beautiful view but what else would you expect staying in the penthouse? Loved all the outdoor furniture. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean with so much more room than we imagined! We had a 15 month old with us so big bonus it had a high chair! Only annoying thing was the construction going on durning our stay and the kids splash pad area closed for 2 days but we know thatā€™s not the owners fault.

The property was very clean, and in a great location! Everytime we'd get on the elevator and say penthouse please, all we heard was "wow that must be nice and expensive" and jaws dropped when i said its cheaper than any other unit here! They even had large beachlongers

From the time we booked until the time we left, it was nothing short of the perfect vacation! This condo seemed like home and the views from the HUGE balcony were breath. The owners were GREAT with communication and answering any questions we had! This is our new vacation spot!!!

Beautiful location. Nice roomy penthouse. However, description of/layout of rooms is not accurate. The master suite does not have a king size bed, the ā€œchildrenā€™sā€ bunk bed is in a room with sliding glass doors that have direct access to the balcony, and the only room with a king size bed is not the master suite nor a bedroom with balcony access but a bedroom at the other end of the condo with a window overlooking the entry door walkway.
