PROPERTY AT A GLANCE
Unit 1309 at Seawind is simply gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable!! It is a west end corner unit! This means you have an unobstructed and gorgeous view to the west from the deck and also the living room/dining area! So much natural light feels this spacious condo - it is wonderful!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 recliners, with a large HDTV and DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with 3 more seats found at the kitchen bar.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Great Location & Space

Great location and very comfy stay! Easy beach access and walking distance to a lot of things. The space was perfect/more than enough for 4 adults and 1 infant. The communication with management was also quick and clear. The only downfall is that there is 1 elevator for the whole complex, and it malfunctioned multiple times a day with heavy traffic. I will say that maintenance was good about resolving the issue within an hour or so, but always check that theyā€™re working before packing up everything to go to the beach! Not really the hosts fault, but a heads up would be nice. Other than that, it was the perfect stay!

Overall was perfect. There was some miscommunication dealing with parking passes that caused us to spend an extra 50 dollars that we wouldā€™ve liked cleared up . But over all everything else was great. Perfect location and condo was very family oriented!

Beautiful Condo with Horrible Parking

There are 19 floors on this property and only 3 levels in car garage. Parking spots are extremely too narrow and most parking is on a severe incline! I will also add that there are only 2 small elevators and most of the time only 1 was working. Two positives, beautiful condo with beautiful beaches.

Everything you need for a great vacation.

We got there before check in. We were able to change into our swimsuits at the the bathrooms by the pool. They texted when the condo was ready. Condo was clean and had everything you need. Its close to restaurants. We didnā€™t need our car for the first couple of days we just walked everywhere. We did drive to Walmart but it was only 5 minutes away. I would stay here again. We didnā€™t have problems waiting on the elevators like others had. We were there over the Memorial day weekend never waited more than 2 minutes.

I brought my daughters to Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores. The Islander Condo was approx 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of the festival. šŸ‘šŸ‘ for the pricing for the location & good times.

Great oceanfront condo

2 adult couples stayed in this nice, clean 3 bedroom. The 3rd bedroom doesnā€™t have a closet but we just used it to put extra things in. The condo had everything we needed. We especially liked the roomy 2 other bedrooms & the large balcony with good furniture. We spent a lot of time out there when inside. The location is great, can walk to a lot.

Easy to check in--property was as advertised--my wife thought it was the best condo we have ever rented in terms of appearance, decor, etc. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved, welcoming packet was not on the counter when we arrived but was brought over to us within the first hour of arrival--balcony rail was too flexible, had to have maintenance look at it, they had an outside contractor come in to repair it, they were still involved with that when we left- the two guest bedrooms could use softer mattresses--kids complained they were too hard--master bedroom was perfect--condo is decorated beautifully--great location, easy to get in and out, people there were very friendly--balcony views of the beach are perfect--would like to be able to see the evening sunsets but can't do that based on the balcony location in relation to the August sunsets--we would definitely stay there again if possible on a future trip

The condo was fabulous, location was fabulous but the limited # of elevators was a nightmare, especially when one of the two didnā€™t work. No building with 18 floors should have only two elevators.

The property was excellent. Updated and in wonderful shape We had a great stay. The deck and deck chairs were fantastic! The beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were an unexpected benefit. Communication from the Alabama Getaway team was great. The one minor complaint I have was with the small amount of toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) and dish soap (one very tiny bottle) provided. We ended up having to purchase some of each to finish out the week. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would happily reserve the same condo in the future.

Condo was well stocked with all needs including beach chairs and umbrella with wagon. Very clean and comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay and will be back. Staff was beyond nice and easy to reach if needed. Only complaints are they need more than 2 elevators. Long waits for it & heat the kids water area. The splash pad water stayed too cold for kids play.

Beautiful corner unit with gorgeous view towards the Hangout

Absolutely loved this unit and the view towards the Hangout. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was very comfortable for sitting outside and the rest of the unit was just as comfortable. Loved the master bath shower.

Home away from home

I loved the condo, the location, and the beds were fantastic! It was a great place to stay and I will look forward to staying again. I would not stay during peak season as there would not be enough pool for the whole complex but I am not a big pool goer at the beach.

The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets, bake ware, dishes... Surf and Suds next door had great food. Loved the balcony but it was cold when we came. The king sized bed needs to be replaced soon. Living room furniture and patio furniture were great. Very clean and quiet. The on line pictures showed a swimming pool with indoor access but the pool was empty. We were really wanting to swim. I have contacted the email address asking about a refund for an overcharge and have had no response.
