SANIBEL CONDO- FALL DISCOUNTS-GORGEOUS BEACH VIEWS FROM THE 15TH FLOOR!

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo on the 15th floor has the best of both worlds with outstanding views of the gulf through the 30 ft wall of windows out the front and lagoon views from the bedrooms! We have installed an I-Wave Air Purification system into the Air Conditioner.

You must be at least 23 years old to rent this beautiful condo.

All high end furniture has a contemporary look but is also incredibly comfortable, making this beach get away a true vacation experience. The living room has TWO large beautiful leather sectionals for great seating.
The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. All beds are extremely comfortable with luxury linens. Both full bathrooms have dual sinks and a large vanity for extra space and plenty of plush towels.

A stacked washer /dryer is also available inside the condo for your convenience. Our kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything needed for you and your guests.
We provide a beach cart and a rolling cooler to make the short walk to the beach even easier.

If you love fishing, this is the place! There are endless possibilities right here in Gulf Shores. Just a few steps out the the door of Sanibel is the lagoon where fishing, jet skiing and boating are so convenient. Little Lagoon Pass Park, the pass connecting the lagoon and the Gulf is just a stones throw away with a beautiful, protected beach just waiting for the little ones who want the shallow, calm water. Or just relax and watch the gorgeous sunsets over the lagoon.

If you need more to do than enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and clear blue water, there are so many options just a short distance away. Sanibel is only 2.5 miles to 'The T' (the intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd) which is the hub of activity and restaurants of Gulf Shores. Many choices of restaurants, a Super Wal-Mart, Target, Publix, Brunoā€™s, Winn-Dixie, Walgreens, and more are all within a short drive. Gulf Shores is full of family entertainment with a water park, golf, tennis, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, parasailing, dolphin cruises, go-karts, zoo, movies, and Tanger outlet stores. Explore civil war forts, a WWII battleship in Mobile, AL, hiking and biking trails. You can charter a fishing boat for some deep sea excitement or hire a captain to take you on a sunset cruise. Bicycle, boat and jet ski rentals are also available in the area.

The Gulf Coast area is home to many Festivals throughout the year such as the Shrimp Festival in October and the Baldwin County Strawberry Festival in April. The quaint town of Fairhope AL is nearby on Mobile Bay, home to the arts and crafts festival in March. The Gulf Coast Hot Air Balloon Festival is held in June over Fathers Day in the nearby town of Foley. The annual Hang Out Music Festival is held in May right here in Gulf Shores. There are too many other events and activities to mention but keep an eye on the Gulf Coast Chamber of commerce website to see more.

Perfect beach trip!

Location location location!! Close enough to night life, restaurants, and shopping and far enough away for peaceful relaxation. One side is the views of the ocean and the other the bay! Best of both worlds! We will be back! Beach access is literally right across the road with a lifeguard on duty!

Great view

Great location. Short walk to beach and easy accessibility to fishing. View of the gulf coast was amazing! Nice large living area. Condo could use updating of beds and linens. Over head light in master bedroom was not working and overhead light in half bath was not working. We had a wonderful week.

Great Condo!

My two teenage girls and I enjoyed our stay here very much! The view was amazing and the condo had plenty of space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the location and the close walk to the beach and made use of the beach chairs and umbrella provided. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we appreciated the owner's helpful suggestions on places to eat and things to do. We had one minor issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and courteously. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo with an even better view!

The condo was amazing! The view was breathtaking!! It had all the amenities we needed, including a cart for the beach full of supplies! Lots of space for our family of 4 to fit comfortably. Teresa was good at communicating when we needed anything and was quick to remedy any issues that came up. Definitely going to miss our morning coffee on the balcony!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place!

Beautiful view from the balcony! As described, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and the boardwalk. Had to reach out to the owner about parking passes, she was very quick to respond and even had older chairs and umbrella replaced immediately. Can't say enough about our stay! Excellent communication and customer service!

Wasnā€™t happy with second bedroom, had no chest of drawers to store clothes in. Had to live out of luggage. Has a very noticeable spill under one sofa. Would come back if storage situation was corrected.

Amazing View! Giant Living Space!

My husband and I, our two teenage kids, and each one has a friend. We had an absolutely perfect week. The pictures are what you see. The best view of the Ocean. The walk to the Beach was very short. The back view is is beautiful. The living room space is very generous. The couches are huge. The water pressure in the shower is the best. Little things like that get me for sure. We were all sad to leave. I highly recommend this unit as well as the owner. Very easy to communicate with and she provided valuable info/tips for things to do. Oh and I loved Rouses for groceries. They have a great deli. And friendly staff. Good prices too.

Iā€™m sorry to say it was just ā€œokayā€

I chose this unit because of its high rating for cleanliness. When we got there, I couldnā€™t see that there was anything obviously dirty (like showers/toilets), but even if it was clean on the surface, it just felt dirty. The entry door, walls, woodwork, windows, and outside of the sliding door need to be cleaned and/or painted. They are dirty and stained in places, giving the place an unclean feel. The rugs are look very old and dirty (even if vacuumed). What surprised me the most was that the refrigerator door was full of used condiments! The pantry shelves contained used jars of peanut butter and other food. Some people might find that handy, but to me, it was gross. Who wants to walk in to someone elseā€™s half-used bottle of salad dressing? That does not give a fresh feel thatā€™s ready for the next family. It says ā€œstill in use by previous family.ā€ Maybe thatā€™s just me being weird, but in 10 years of staying in Gulf Shores, I have never seen that before, and it was an instant turn-off. Most of the towels and sheets were colored, which means when they are washed, there is no bleach used to disinfect them thoroughly. The master bedroom light did not work. I reported it, but it still did not get fixed, and no one let us know what the status was on an attempt to fix it . So we spent the week in a dimly lit room, depending on the lamps and opening the blinds for extra lighting. The night we arrived, after traveling 12.5 hours and a mile walk to Shrimpfest and back, both elevators were broken down. We were forced to walk up the stairs to the 15th floor! A poor little elderly lady had to take the stairs to the top floor and she had recently recovered from a knee replacement! The Sanibel should be more diligent about their elevators. There has been one broken down every time we stay there. Experiencing both being broken down at the same time was a first and extremely annoying. Overall, it was just okay. Iā€™m sorry to say that I doubt if I would stay there again.

Fall Break

The view was amazing! We absolutely loved the condo and would definitely stay there again. A lot of extra beach items and toys. The check-in process was super simple and kitchen had every item you could need. The master bed headboard had not been dusted, but maybe it was because of the off season and no one had been there for a while. The only other thing I wish they had was a dresser in the spare bedroom. Overall, for our first time in Gulf Shores, we loved it and we loved your condo.

Labor Day weekend 2022

The view, living room and kitchen were beautiful. My disappointments were the disgusting clogged shower drains in both bathrooms, and the uncomfortable mattress in the master bedroom. Get those taken care of and this place has great potential.
