**For winter guests, a 30-day parking pass can be purchased for $40.00, with a limit of two vehicles.
**Minimum age of 25 years is required to reserve, and the guest must be present for the entire stay. Proof of age is required.
**A signed rental agreement is mandatory.
**No pets are allowed.
