The master suite features a King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV and attached bath. Bedroom 3 also has a Queen-sized bed, HDMI flat-screen TV, and access to the hall bath. The living room has a sofa-sleeper for additional sleeping as well as a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and balcony access.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This unit has a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer and includes free WiFi.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
