This Gulf Shores condo rental is located on the 18th floor and features a large private balcony from the living area and master bedroom with ample seating.

The master suite features a King bed, walk-in closet, 43-inch flat-screen TV, balcony access, and a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and 42-inch flat-screen TV. There is also a bunk room with a Twin over Full bunk bed and a 34-inch flat-screen TV.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. This unit has a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

The amenities at Seawind include a fitness center, indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, zero-entry kiddie pool, splash pad, hot tub, grilling area, boardwalk, covered parking, and a meeting room.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
