Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham ā€“ every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great place

Second time we've stayed here and already booked next year. Only complaint is the washer and dryer... Washer only fills about 1/8 full no matter the setting and dryer takes 1.5 hours to dry a small/medium load of towels. Everything else is EXCELLENT.

The condo wasnā€™t very clean upon arrival. The floors were dirty and covered in sand. Within 10 minutes of being out of the shower our feet were black from walking on the floors. The condo and the whole complex has cockroaches Inside and outā€¦.which was very very disturbing to see. Another member of our family was shocked/electrocuted from trying to plug in his charger two separate times... We informed the company liquid life and they didnā€™t do anything to make this situation right. When I come to the beach I donā€™t want to have to deal with these issues for the amount of money that was spent. Itā€™s absolutely ridiculous.

Here is a pro/con list about property. Pros Balcony furnishings - 10/10 TVs in bedrooms Beach themed decor Kitchen counters Clean microwave No carpet only hard floor Lighted outdoor hall Location Communication system/app Liquid Life Price of this condo was cheaper for two bed/ two baths than others. Other reviews stated a stained couch-It looks like the couch was replaced. Cons Needed extra deep cleaning inside condo unit and on balcony windows/railings. No luggage racks. No overnight security that I seen. No beach chairs included. Curtains in living need washed /replaced. Bed skirt was ripped and had stains- needs replaced in both bedrooms. Extra bedroom bed mattress and box springs was old but topped with memory foam that sunk down. Bathroom showers could be updated and showing wear. Vaccum and broom needs to be updated. Washer and dryer was older and dryer loud. Random thifted looking items in EVERY closet: old corded phones, dvd/vhs players, Lamps, etc) Curtains in extra bedroom have light coming through all night needs darkening curtains. Better /updated signage needed at property. Going in a side elevator I had trouble finding office. Parking was not included with stay and was an additional $50. Parking spaces very narrow. Overall we had a nice stay. We have stayed at lighthouse before and the building is showing more age. Lots of cosmetic and maintenance updates could happen in common areas. I would rate the unit average.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everthing was as expected. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We picked this unit because of the doors from the bedroom leading to the balcony so we could here the ocean at night. If i had any negative comment was that there was an odor coming from the kitchen sink. But otherwise we would make sure and book this suite again

Great Stay

Check in communication was easy, condo was clean, and exactly as in the listing pictures. The building is great for families with kids. Indoor pool, two outdoor pools, and easy beach access.

Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely loved it! The condo was super nice and we loved the decor and colors throughout. The view of the gulf from the condo was amazing, could enjoy it all hours of the day even if we weren't outside. Location was perfect and short drive to various restaurants which were delicious. Will definitely come back. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Great view

Over all great property and view. I would go back there but I was just hoping to have a better mattress I all the rooms to match the impressive mattress in the main room. Also there was a couple cockroachs in the balcony that showed up every night and can't control from where they come from outside. But that didn't effect my overall experience. Thank you

No furniture on the balcony

The balcony was very high on our list. The view was Impeccable. However, there was no outside furniture. My mother, who has limited mobility was planning to spend her week sitting in the chaise lounge pictured on the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Without a chaise lounge her stay was greatly negatively impacted. Without a chaise lounge her legs swelled, causing more pain and decreasing her already limited ability to walk. Over all the condo was fine. Amazing Gulf views, nice condo building, a lot of elevators, nice pool and hot tub, great beach access and covered parking. Parking garage is a little tight. Leave the extended cab dually at home. The pillows and chair cushions in living room could use updating, well past there prime.

Would Stay Again

Overall I was very pleased with the property. It was very spacious, and had great views of the Gulf. It was quiet, had all the amenities, and was very comfortable. Check-in/out was very straightforward, and the property management company is very thorough and communicative. The only gripes I have are the checking in with the building management was a little confusing. There were some things in the condo that were pretty worn out, as in curtains, sofa pillows, leaky fridge and faucets. Lastly, there was some construction (exterior painting) going on that was not too intrusive and was communicated well in advance, but didn't allow us to enjoy the balcony fully, use all of the pool area, or sleep in! It would have been nice to be offered a slight discount for the inconvenience. Overall I would definitely stay again, and can't wait to go back to Gulf Shores to see more! The beach access was very convenient, and the beach itself was gorgeous!

Wonderful!

In the past we have rented a smaller one room condos, probably around 800 ft.Ā². This one was an upgrade in every way. Had two rooms, a bedroom with a balcony that was much larger. The elevators were so much more efficient than other condos we have stayed in. A very nice place to stay!

May Family Vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. The beach was beautiful and the pool was perfect for my two youngest grandchildren who were with us. The condo itself was clean and well maintained and the view was gorgeous! We are already making plans to come back!

Great stay!

Overall great stay, great view of the beach. Clean inside. We couldnā€™t check in at 3pm and had to wait until around 430pm, which was not ideal. We had 2 maintenance issues, but there was timely response from the management. Would definitely stay again

Condo was a great size and really nice. Great ocean views. Building under construction and the parking feels tight given the way it is set up but never had a problem finding parking. Good communication from liquid life. Office of building not clearly marked but that is just a minor inconvenience. Well equipped condo. Had all your basics needed. Would stay again!

Great property

This listing is managed my a leasing company. Itā€™s BARE. Bring all trash bags, toilet paper, salt, pepper, etc. All their pots and pans are not non-stick. Who buys those anymorešŸ¤£ so bring extra Pam and olive oil. The property is Beautiful and well decorated, no extra linens or towels though so bring PLENTY of laundry detergent if staying more than a couple days. The people at the front desk are rude and not helpful at all, I guess because this property is managed elsewhere. Even after a kid got sick they wouldnā€™t help me with extra bedding. Master shower had no water pressure and they were in no hurry to help us out with that. Overall, we had a blast at the beach and the pool just wish I had known some of the smaller details to prevent us from running back and forth to the store!
