"Não gostei, pior estadia da viagem; quarto muito decadente porém estava limpo, felizmente ficamos apenas 1 dia ; fomos hospedados no outro lado do hotel ontem eles tem umas acomodações a parte; a piscina as cadeiras estampas todas ma conservadas e mofadas, sem condições! Não recomendo! "

"Staff was good however the hotel is pretty run down for the price. Volleyball net and hammocks are in bad shape and not maintained."

"False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend"

"From booking to the day we left was a nightmare. We didn't get the room we was promised. They trick you when you get a first floor room. Because they have a ground level beneath the first floor. So the first floor is actually on the second floor. They charge a cleaning fee, but the room was very dirty when I got there. They send you a code to get in your room door by 4pm. But the cleaning lady had just got there. I didn't get in my room until like 7pm. The air wouldn't work. I was told I...

"Host was amazing,went out of his way communication outstanding..Room need some update as paint and new bedroom curtains they were ripped .cleaning vents would help,also fix the tub child couldnt take bath and the knob had mold..And guest please stop taking things,there was no can opener or sauce pans..Pools were great balcony was awesome.Just a small walk across street to the beauty of the beach"
