"The rooms need some serious attention when it comes to cleaning. I understand it’s an older hotel so I was not expecting luxury. I had to ask that housekeeping sweep and mop the floors. Sand was everywhere when we checked in. That wasn’t the biggest issue. The floor was a little sticky and had hairballs on the floor. I hope management reads reviews and focus on cleaning. Since the hotel is older and dated cleanliness is a must. Other than that the stay was great. The staff were extremely nice...

"This place had a great location but was not clean at all. There were black hairs on everything… The towels had black hair stuck to them, the counters had black hair on them, there were black hairs on the floor, etc. The dishes looked like they had just been used and stuck back in the cabinets. There was mold on the shower curtains. The two twin beds were filthy. "

"this is one of the best hotel Ive ever stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I have a service dog and they welcomed her and all other pets with open arms, the room was very clean, the bath room was exceptionally clean' everything was neat and organized. They do not offer breakfast but this is not a necessity for me they do offer fresh coffee 24hrs a day. "Room smelled like moldy air, dirty window sills, and walls, bed nice shower head nice, toilet seat fell off first time using toilet, ddint havs a crib for baby even though it said it did when booking, the pool was supposed to be open and clean and it wasnt, he said it hadnt been cleaned in months. And no breakfast. Had sign for only coffee which was not what was supposed, id like a refund"
