"There was a little construction going on, but it wasn’t bad. Our stay was great. Communication was awesome. They got back to you in a short amount of time. There was a few issues, but nothing major."

"Everything was very nice. We arrived, the rep at the crosswalk was great! I'm so sorry I can't remember her name but she made us feel very at ease, she was so helpful!. The texts we got had a lot of info that we needed. Thanks so much for a great getaway!"

"We had a wonderful stay. I was impressed with the communication with the property manager. They delivered all of the information we needed with perfect timing. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible, staff were very accommodating and friendly. The parking underneath the building is limited but we were able to find a space ~80% of the time. When the basement lots were full, we parked in the garage across the street. Elevators were dated and very stuffy but we heard that they are being...

"wonderful house.there was a conflict about our code to get in the door. VRBO sent us one code, but it was for the week before. The property manager didn't wake up to take our late call for trying to get in the house. She had sent us another code, but I didn't read all of her info because I had been given the (wrong) info from VRBO. We finally found the spare key, but it was very difficult to find in the dark.The beach side porch was littered with old beach items...horrible...really needs to be...

"John was amazing!! Our condo was spectacular. The view was INSANE! We have booked a trip to PCB for the last 6 years and this is the FIRST time the icemaler actually worked. Thank you John!!! From the moment we booked our trip, the communication with us began. The instructions for check in were timely and spot on. Any time we had a question about anything, John was extremely courteous and quick to respond. I can not say enough about how great our experience was and we would love to stay here...

"This condo is absolutely PERFECT !!! Awesome furnishings in entire condo. Beds super comfy. Couch/recliners ideal. Well stocked kitchen. So clean ! Perfect location. Will never stay anywhere else in PCB. Owner was fantastic and so willing to communicate and help. Worth every penny !!!!!"

"Everything was amazing. The house had plenty of sheets and extra towels. Our kids loved the beach and they adore the pool. The pool is the best part. It was cold and they kept it very clean.The only thing I would say that needed to be upgraded was the pan for cooking. Bring your own egg pan.Our kids had a ball and the beds were very comfortable. "This home was amazing! So much Deck space for the dogs and lots of chairs lounge around and even the house layout is very spacious. I love that the beach is literally feet away from the deck and it's a pet friendly portion of the beach also. There's access to all the restaurants grocery stores etc within 3-5 minutes. My mom and I absolutely love to here. We definitely plan to come back in the spring!"
