"The balcony’s are huge and very private, the views are incredible! This condo was fantastic, I would recommend replacing the throw rugs. The floor could have been a little cleaner, our white socks were black on the bottom. "

"Tidewater has always been a favorite of ours. Until we had to walk 12 flight of stairs cause the elevator kept going out. So being on the 4th floor was a definite improvement. "

"Other than the TV service, which they are changing, it was very nice. The owners assistant was fantastic. She helped me with the TV service, until it went wacky & her's did too. We all called them."

"Our condo from KirbyAppeal in Panama City Beach was oustanding: cleaned, well located, well equipped, quiet and very well decorated. We had zero issues with our stay and communications with Andrew was always quick. I loved our vacation in this area which caters to the winter residents during Jan-Feb timeframe. Would highly recommend to snowbirds for that period."

"Our condo was nice . Pictures are accurate and the view was amazing. People were kind.Staff was great . Typical wait for the elevators it seems like in all these condos.The issues we had was as soon as we entered there was a smell that wasnt very pleasant. The people above us were loud at night sounded like construction. The T.V. only had a few channels, no option to stream.We didnt mind we were not there to watch t.v."

"I really liked the Tidewater. It had all of the amenities of home. The elevators were a little slow but not bad. Right on the beach and walking distance to the pier. The condo itself(unit 2014) had plenty of space with the two bedrooms and their private baths. Plus a sofa sleeper and a bunk area. Also a third bath. The balcony had a lot of room as well. If we get a chance to go back, we will stay here again. "

"My Wife, sister, and I stayed here for a couple of days and it was awesome! The walk to the beach is very easy and short. We were close to everything as far as restaurants. Beach was very clear and not many people. We will definitely be booking this again and look forward to it! "

"The property was amazing! The room was very clean and well stocked. The beds were phenomenal! Right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. The pool and hot tub was so nice. Ive seen some mixed reviews on Sterling and i took a chance and booked and am so glad i did! Definitely will be back there. And location was steller, .5 milea from Pier Park.,but still in the condo and even on the beach, it was quiet and peaceful! 5 Stars! "
