Casas de Férias em Gulf Breeze, FL

"A cozy stay. Check in and out was easy. Host was responsive when requested and unseen otherwise (perfect for us). Loved the location. Very quiet neighborhood.Rental was clean and extremely well presented.10/10 stay.I do think that the two beds up top in the loft should become 1 king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa."

"The house was pleasant, clean very well maintained. Very close to the boardwalk. Short drive. However, The outside was not inviting, ants, spiders and the furniture looked like no one has used it in years. Couldn't use the outside patio at all. We like to sit out and have our coffee in the nature. We were also NOT told there would be an additional person renting the garage space as a studio apartment, and was told there were certain items to help us so we didn’t have to pack them. There was...

"Great place host is awesome and really cares about the guest . Can’t wait until we get to come back"

"Great property and extreme bang for your buck value. Very spacious open living room concept and additional sleeping possibilities. Will definitely use again for next Pensacola vacation."

"Nice little place in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced in back yard."

"Upon arrival I was very disappointed with the property. The area does not fit the family friendly description and the yard was very overgrown the beds and the couch smelled like body odor and the house was not cleaned thoroughly. When I tried to contact the host they didn’t answer any of my calls or messages. If you are considering staying I would recommend against it"

"When we arrived, the space felt dirty. Its a beach style property so I expected sand, but all the beds had sand in then so we had to wash sheets on all beds. Floors were sandy. Backyard was unusable. The lights shown didn't work, firepit area overgrown, just a mess. Messaged host because we couldn't find waste receptacles for full trash bags, got no response. So we were left to pile them in the garage. Front lawn wildly overgrown also. Basic items you expect weren't provided. Toilet paper, paper...

"Our stay there was great, would book this again!"

"The property matched the picture and I would definitely rent again."

"Awesome!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property so much! The location was great with the easy access to the beach and a quick drive into town. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and two fur babies! Check in and out was easy and communication with property management was good. My only complaint and reason for not giving 5 stars is because of the cleanliness and quality of maintenance throughout the home. A lot of the kitchen dishes were dirty upon arrival, one of the shower curtains has mold on...

"Home was clean and well stocked, comfortable and adorable! Very short drive to the beach."

"Kim’s place was beautiful. The location was perfect if you’re looking to stay downtown. Definitely saving her place as a favorite for our future Pensacola visits."

"Nice house with all the amenities you could ask for. Front upstairs bedroom was a little noisy due to proximity to busy highway, but white noise machine provided did help with that. Rear bedrooms were quiet. We enjoyed our short stay!"

"Great place to stay and the owners are so great to deal with! Highly recommend"
