"The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. "We really enjoyed our stay. It was so super quiet, private, close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Host was quick to respond to a question we had. Amenities are wonderful. A lot of little extras to make your stay more enjoyable. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. The only problem is…. I wish our vacation didn’t have to end and we could have stayed longer!!!! "

"Such a cozy house. My family really enjoyed our stay!! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood located right by the Gulf Breeze Zoo. Not far from a dollar store, Walmart, multiple restaurants and the beach. The back yard was perfect for the kidos the play outside and for the adults to relax. The rooms were prefect. Kitchen was equipped with all the gadgets and gizmos we needed. Thank you so much for the much needed get away in such a welcoming home. "

"While the house itself is nice enough, in a safe and convenient area the home lacked in several areas. 1)Missing light bulbs) 2)Maggots from garbage left from LAST renters 3)No cream or sugar for coffee 4)Lights outside not hung up properly 5)Toilet Running constantly 6)Barely any pots to cook with 7) No top sheets 8) No wash cloths 9) Smells like a dog and smoke. These are some of the issues we encountered. NOT A SUPER HOST! "

"Had a great stay. Katherine was very accommodating. The camper was really cool. They really did a nice job refurbishing it. The amenities were more than expected, and the bed was super comfortable.
