Villa Milly is a renovated modern holiday home set in the beautiful nature of the small village Ljubici near Groznjan, 19 km from Umag.

Ljubici is a village in green, untouched Central Istria near Groznjan, the picturesque artist's town. Groznjan enchants not only with the works of art, but also with the breath-taking views that extend from every side of the hill, the jazz tunes that flow through the narrow streets, the gentle breeze that brings a real refreshment during the hot summer months and the selection of autochthonous products. The northwest coast of Istria is known for several renowned restaurants, excellent winemakers and especially the white truffle. The holiday resort Kanegra with the beautiful pebble beaches is 18 km away. Villa Milly was built in 1887 and completely renovated in 2022. On the enclosed property, guests can use a swimming pool and a covered terrace with a seating area and barbecue.



Holiday home for 4-6 guests of 120 sqm consists of ground floor with access to the pool, there is a kitchen with dining table and fireplace, sofa, shower/toilet. On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and dining table. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet.



Youth groups are strictly forbidden! Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
