- This 2-level cottage requires using an exterior staircase to enter but features bedrooms and a full bathroom on the 1st floor. The basement-level bedroom, full bathroom, and laundry area are only accessible externally
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is in front of the upstairs doorway facing out, camera 2 is on the deck facing out, and camera 3 is on the downstairs patio facing out. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video only, no sound, when activated by motion
- Guests are required to pay a one-time $50 per group fee at the gate upon arrival
- The golf course is available for an additional fee paid on-site
- The tennis and pickleball courts are available for an additional $8/day fee, paid on-site. Appointments are required to access the tennis/pickleball courts
