Under the bed was super dusty, air filters were dirty, tub didn't drain. I reported these issues at the beginning of my stay and they were never addressed.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The facility is undergoing a major overhaul however, our room on the second floor was very clean and tidy.

Def needs remodeling. The picture shows the front desk looking new and remodeled but on the opposite side of it is an empty room that should be closed off or used. The elevator is dirty and old. Our room was clean but the rest of the hotel did not look good. Didn’t seem like a safe area either.

Cleanliness and room were excellent particularly for the price. There is some renovation going on, but mostly just down in the lobby and doesn't cause problems. I found conditions to be as advertised during my 4 nights and was quite satisfied.

It served the purpose for a quick weekend stay. There could be a lot more cleaning done in the rooms especially the bathroom and showers. Also a little more professionalism at the desk

The property was ok but definitely did not match the pictures. Breakfast was not available even though the website said it was. They are doing work in the dining area. My biggest complaint was the property only has one luggage cart. I am disabled and when I asked why only one cart the response was well we used to have more; being disabled one would assume that one trip 4 with luggage the front desk may have offered some assistance but of course why would they? It would have interfered with their phone time.

Everything was great for the price! Only downsides were that there was an unmentioned $150 deposit for damages. When we got to our room, the bed frame was broken so we immediately told the front desk as to not be charged for that damage and they said they would make a note of it so hoping that that was taken care of. Overall, a good experience for our quick trip!

I have stayed here a few times. It is under new management and being remodeled. I am not as impressed as before change but will stay there again.It is not bad by most standards and will probably improve as the remodel is finished .

This property was very nice, close to anything you need and the kitchen in the room and refrigerator was a huge plus. If your a cooker like me than you know how exciting that is.

The room was clean and affordable. There is a $150 deposit per stay. The bathrooms have been renovated since the last time I stayed there. I love the new glass door showers that they have installed. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping areas. I would stay here again.

Great Place to stay
This is where I stay whenever I go to Greenville. The price is always what I look for first then cleanliness and the surrounding area. The hotel is surrounded by literally all shopping venues, so everything is in walking distance.

Decent location and good for the price and that they allow pets. Beds were incredibly squeaky which was annoying overnight, they need some oil or something to help with the noise. Only stayed one night passing through Greenville. Front desk staff were friendly.
