This house features contact-less entry/self-check-in. No need to stop by an office for keys or meet a property manager.

All sets of bed linens, towels, blankets, washcloths, are washed, changed, and rotated prior to guest arrival. The house goes through a 5-hour cleaning process that ends with disinfecting of all high-touch areas including, but not limited to, remotes, light switches, doorknobs, handles, etc. Cleaning supplies are always provided for guests to use during their stay.
Come spend the Fall and/or Winter in our short term rental single family home and get 20% discount for stays two month or more.. Or spend a week and get 5% discount,. spend a month and get 15 % discount, or spend 2 or 4 months and get 20% discount. Most of the walls have been freshly painted, brand new hardwood flooring just installed throughout, and brand new toilets. All brand new furniture, linens, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
We will be disinfecting every surface and washing all linens between guests.
This is the ideal family home is ideal for small familiy vacations, reunions, and wedding guests, The spacious home features a large formal living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. The family room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep two. This home can sleep up to 8 guests. at a time.
