"The house is located in a quite neighborhood. The space is large and easy to use, there are stairs and all the rooms are on the 2nd floor. I didn't realize it was a duplex and the owners lived in the other 1/2 of the house. "

"Trvis and Alice are great host and the property was a great place to stay close to the beach and downtown Sag Harbor."

"Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. "

"I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. "
