"I was quite disappointed with the lodge. I made a reservation at 2:00 p.m. for the same evening, and when I arrived, I still had not received the code to access the room. There was no one there to welcome us, and fortunately we happened to meet other guests who were able to contact the person responsible for check-in on our behalf.

"The B&B was amazing - such a beautiful place to stay. Stunning views of the river from the whole property and the extensive garden. Great to have the hot tub too. Breakfast was delicious especially the French toast. Mike and Adriana had thought of everything you’d need. Plus super friendly! We had a good laugh!"

The hotel has been refurbished by the new management who have done a splendid job.
We were greeted with a warm welcome and it the hotel is directly opposite the lagoon so a pleasant view and our vely place to walk and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. I wish we had stayed longer."

"The best staff, have stated multiple times and every time has been the best. So accommodating, great breakfast. Great comfort. All you want to have in a stay away from home. Parking as well, we have canoes at different times and they accommodated our canoes lengths to park us comfortably."

"Great spot for our quick stopover. Owner lives on site and greeted us warmly. Neighbourhood feels safe and secure, not sketchy, still brought the bicycle inside the room though. Furniture is solid and does not feel flimsy. Beds are comfortable. Would certainly stay here again."
