"O hotel é bem localizado, o cafe da manha é razoavel, tem estacionamento gratis e a equipe de funcionarios é atenciosa. O problema é que o predio nao esta em boas condicoes. Tudo muito mal cuidado e com problemas de conservacao. O quarto que fiquei era pessimo, extremamente pequeno, com o piso tao torto que a cama ficava inclinada para frente. O desnivel é absurdo, o carpete mal cuidado, o box do banheiro ridiculamente pequeno. Estrutura pessima. Cobrar 170 dolares por este quarto é um acinte. "

"O hotel fica bem próximo do aeroporto, o que ajuda bem. Não tem transfer cortesia. Tem que pegar um ônibus circular, que é pago. Ao chegar a recepcionista nao foi nada amigável e além disso, nossa reserva era para quarto com cama king, conforme escolha feita no site hotels.com. Entretanto, a recepção informou que o site estava errado e que eles não tem camas king nesse hotel. Ficamos surpresos, pois existe essa escolha. Mas, eles se isentaram de culpa, dizendo que o site que é que postou errado. Foi bem chato, pois se o site não é confiável, como fazer novas reservas por lá? Fiquei em dúvida...A Arrumação do quarto só é feita caso vc informe a recepção que deseja isso. Caso contrário, fica tudo do jeito que deixou. Também achamos bem estranho, ter que pedir para limpar e trocar toalhas... A área no térreo é bem agradável e ajuda, pq no entorno nao tem nada próximo. Uma coisa importante, lembrar de levar tomadas para Reino Unido, de 3 pontas retas. Tivemos dificuldade com isso também, mas o hotel tem um vending machine com esses adaptadores."
