"I had a travel day from hell and when I called (almost in tears) to tell them my check-in would be in the middle of the night not only did they accommodate but were extremely nice and reassuring, and then they upgraded me. He then called the next day to check in on me and ask about my sleep. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE KOBES OF HOSPITALITY. "Our stay at The Inn at Old Harbor was wonderful. My partner doesn’t love walking and They have their own stair case from the ferry parking lot. Within minutes we had picked up our keys at their sweatshirt store and had our feet up on our private balcony which made for great people watching and a cool breeze. Room 3 on the second floor had a king size bed and great light at sunrise. We could see the Newport Bridge! It was clean and comfortable We are coming back for Columbus Day weekend"
