"We spent two nice at this lovely Inn and enjoyed walking to many attractions. Parking was ample and we would have enjoyed the large front porch had we stayed longer. Very quiet, continental breakfast, hospitable staff. Would love to stay here again! "
"Hotel bastante confortável, em excelente localização. O edifício do hotel (ficamos na Manor) era muito bonito, com arquitetura histórica, e muito bem localizado, íamos caminhando para tudo. Há estacionamento nos fundos (o que é muito importante em Newport). O breakfast era muito bom, com comidas preparadas na hora (amamos as pancakes!!!). A decoração do quarto, vitoriana, era muito linda, deixando a estada ainda mais acolhedora. Recomendamos esse hotel (Manor)."
"Though no staff on site, they were extremely responsive via email. Property is about 30 minute walk or quick bus ride into downtown Newport (I didn’t have a car) - the weather was perfect so I didn’t mind! "

"Lovely renovated historic building. Very walkable area. The street is quite busy but the hosts thoughtfully provide ear plugs and a white noise machine for a good nights rest. The breakfast was light but tasty."
"Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room."
"I loved how unique the Shepherd's Run property is. My King room in the Manor was quite nice (comfy bed, big bathroom, huge walk-in shower). The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of foods with slightly different variation both mornings. I'm looking forward to staying at Shepherd's Run again so I can try their own wine!"
"We loved our stay at Hydrangea House. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and loved the cookies at night. A welcome surprise was the wine and cheese from 4pm -6pm. The area is cute and walkable. We did the 3.5 mile Cliff Walk with views of the ocean and Newport Mansions. "
