Everything was so beautiful
We took a family Christmas trip, there was 14 of us. We all loved it so much. It was amazing to wake and see all the horses. The kids loves the pool!

Very disappointing
Let me preface my review by saying the property was so old and dirty, we stayed for twenty minutes and left. I had booked this stay for myself and my family while visiting Hershey Park. We had been looking forward to it for months and were so disappointed upon arrival. Our first impressions were the cracked and warped front deck, the front door that would not open and the sliding glass door that was left unlocked. Once inside the house it got worse with each room we walked through. To say the house was filthy is putting it lightly, every single carpeted area was severely stained and dirty. The kitchen still had crumbs on the table, a used fork on the couch, spots of residual mess left on garbage can and counters. Under every single table or chair, etc. were balls of hair and dirt and crumbs. The master bedroom had no working light, white stains on the black comforter. Bathroom on main floor had cracked/broken door, shower and sinks were in poor condition. The downstairs bedroom with two queen size beds had ceiling tiles that were warped and visibly moldy. This place needs a complete overhaul, new carpets, paint throughout, bathroom and kitchen remodel, etc. It is old and dirty and to charge people to stay here in its current condition should be a crime. Upon contacting customer support, the host offered to come over and “clean” but this property needs far more than even surface level cleaning for it to be worth even a one star.

Hidden Gem
We absolutely enjoyed everything this property had to offer. We left looking like shriveled prunes after spending some much needed leisure time in the indoor pool. Played some basketball in the spacious garage and had front row seats from every window to watch the working horse farm. The house is clean, and felt like home. If you need a quiet place to relax and take in the sky I highly recommend this wonderful get away. We definitely plan on returning when life gives us a moment to ourselves. Thanks for allowing us to stay. ❤️

Peaceful & Quiet
Very pretty & peaceful. We loved seeing the horses all around the property and the mountains in the background were beautiful. The home was very large & had everything we needed for our stay. The indoor pool was tons of fun & was nice and warm.

A wonderful experience
I had each of my family members help with this review. To wake up and see the horses every morning was so relaxing. The cats and dogs were so sweet. Laverne the goat was very comical! There was plenty of room for our party of ten. The pool was awesome, after reading other reviews, I would have been disappointed if we couldn’t use the pool. The location was great and just 15 minutes to Hershey Park. The volunteers around the farm were friendly. The negatives were the deck needs a lot of work and the coffee pot was small for the amount of people that the house holds. Overall I would definitely recommend!!!

Beautiful property, great communication
We were a group of 12 who stayed for a weekend for a Renaissance Faire visit. The house is so spacious & comfortable! Beautiful setting on a farm, and it was great to wake up and watch the horses graze. We even had a visit from a (very) friendly goat. The pool was also an amazing feature. A heads up that there are 10 true beds + futons, so if you have a group larger than 10 be prepared for some folks to sleep on those!

Perfect spot
This place was amazing for our family and friends to celebrate and hang out. It was spacious, plenty of room to set up in the game room or garage. We loved the indoor pool and the rooms and beds were clean and cozy. We loved how many towels and blankets were available for our use. Overall this house was a 10/10 and if we are ever in town again this is where we’d stay. Thank you for providing a lovely place to stay!

Not a 5 star experience.
No wash cloths, coffee maker was gross not clean, staff indifferent, only decaf coffee, could barely see in the master bedroom because wattage of lights had to use flashlight to see. A grossly dirty pot holder. Kids enjoyed the pool, location good close to Hershey park.

Family trip
This was year 3 and we have already booked again for next year. Always love having the pool, basketball, ping pong/foosball/game room. Frig could use a couple new rails on the door, a few light bulbs need changing, and be aware of some uneven deck planking, but nothing that stopped us from having a GREAT TIME. Absolutely love watching the horses in the fields. It is so calming & relaxing. Thanks!! See you next year.

Hershey Trip
Driving up the driveway we thought the house was beautiful. It is very quiet on the property and that was a huge plus!! There were 10 of us on the trip and the house was plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. And the pool, wow! We enjoyed the pool everyday of our trip. The main reason for our stay was to go to Hershey Park which is less than 20 minutes away!! Overall we quite enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!!

Family time

Amazing farmhouse
This is our 3rd year coming to the house! We absolutely love staying here, we love that it is close to Hershey Park, the casino and the kids love seeing all of the animals and of course the pool. The host responds very quickly to any questions and concerns. Only downside is that the house could use some updating but we will definitely be back next year as this is our annual trip now

Early Summer Getaway
This property was perfect for my family and friends with children ages 6-10 years old. Plenty of space and calming atmosphere with the horses and beautiful surroundings. We were able to do day trips to Gettysburg and Hershey Park and the indoor pool was an absolute hit with the kids! Highly recommend for a wonderful vacation.

Dream space
From basketball in the garage to watching the horses with the mountains in the backgrounds, there were so many moments to savor. At a moment’s notice, being able to go over to the casino to then coming home and jumping in the pool was unlike any other thing. At night, the moon was bright and the stars were clear. Cozy and surreal place to stay.

Amazing!
What a great trip! Firstly, Lesley went out of her way to accommodate the atypical hours of our stay. She answered all inquiries, both before and during our stay, very quickly. House is very large and very well-kept. My kids had a ball!! The heated pool was larger than most indoor pools I've seen, and the kids spent hours in it. Indoor basketball hoop was a treat, and housed in a very spacious, heated garage. It was fun to wake up in the morning to horses outside our window. I would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return again! (Just one quick note- the loft sleeping area is not enclosed, so while it's perfect for a bunch of kids, it might not be ideal for a couple)

Awesome place
We had 13 people staying in the house more then enough beds to fit everyone. The house had a very nice size pool that we definitely used. House is huge and lots of room. We will definitely be renting this house again in the near future. Highly recommend

A little TLC
The place is beautiful. On the surface it seems very clean but it is in need of a deep cleaning and rugs need to be cleaned. We had a great stay the pool is great.

Great Cousin Week Revival
Lovely house in a pretty rural setting for our first Cousin Week since 2019. It was clean and comfortably well-used, so you aren't afraid to have a crowd of large and small kids. The pool, basketball court and game room were used by all. Kitchen equipment was the most complete of any of the 12 rentals we've used. Our crew was larger than this house could accommodate, but there are good hotels only 5 minutes away. Property manager(s) were easily available.

Beautiful rental home in lovely location. Loved seeing horses outside and all the gorgeous decorations throughout the rooms. Our family had a wonderful holiday gathering. Fun for all 4 generations with plenty to keep us busy. In addition to the pool, the game room was a popular place for the kids. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

A wonderful winter getaway!
The property is beautiful and unique, and was perfect for our multigenerational family trip. The entire home was decorated throughout for the holidays, and well-stocked with everything we needed during our stay. We all enjoyed the heated indoor pool, and the game room and the garage basketball court were great diversions too and perfect for allowing people to split off and spend time in separate groupings. It was fun to see the horses and the goat from the windows, and the farm setting was a nice counterbalance to the bustling nearby Hershey attractions we visited during our stay. Our hosts provided clear instructions and we really appreciated the ease of checking in and the very reasonable expectations of what to do before leaving the property after our stay. If we were to return the one thing I would do differently is to bring our own coffee maker- there is a small one in the kitchen that worked perfectly but does not make many cups of coffee at a time and it would have been nice to be able to brew a pot large enough to serve all of us or else a mini Keurig so that we each could have made our own. The provided coffee and filters with creamers and sugar was a nice touch though that we appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would definitely recommend!

Beautiful pool, horses and luxurious house and property.
We plan to return to this beautiful house for a family and friends gathering. With a large group of 12, this property was perfect for the Women's ministry to stay during the PennDel women's conference at Hershey. It was relaxing to swim, enjoy the living space and great for those with more energy to play in the game room and indoor Basketball court. I highly recommend it.

Pool Not Heated!
This is the first time I had to contact a property owner about my dissatisfaction with my stay. I sent several messages to the owner regarding the lack of heat in the pool. I wish she had reached out to me but I kept having to ask if the heater would be repaired. In my first communication, I suggested that perhaps the heater was not on, but the owner said she would have to have a repairman come out to fix the problem. This suggests that she was aware of the non-working heater. I was finally told that a repairman would not be available until after my visit. When I asked if we would receive a discount for the unusable pool I never heard from her again! We could have stayed anywhere if we didn't want a private pool so it was very disappointing to spend this much money and not be able to swim. It was even more disappointing to have the owner just blow me off. Very unprofessional.

Lovely Property
The home was well stocked and the location/scenery is beautiful. The kids really enjoyed the pool(it was a bit cold). Sleeping arrangements were a bit tricky with single beds/combined rooms, and the actual living room/kitchen a fairly small, but the home in general was lovely.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this home!
The home was absolutely incredible. There were plenty of beds, a lot of open space, and the amenities made it feel like our own private hotel. Waking up to horses in the backyard was such a treat! We had a variety of ages at the home and everyone enjoyed themselves tremendously. The host was kind and thoughtful. It was quiet and peaceful with a splash of fun and laughter!

Fantastic Stay
Wonderful home. The basement bedroom had a second queen bed that wasn't pictured. We were happily surprised. The indoor pool was a huge hit with everyone, and the youngest kids had to be pulled out every night. Waking up to the horses grazing was a wonderful sight out the window. Only complaints would be the well water in the showers has quite the sulfur smell and iron content, not much you can do, but just something to note. Also, the master shower is tricky and needs to be pulled not just turned to make it turn on. The appliance light is out in the refrigerator, and the pool lights in the pool didn't seem to work. But besides minor issues, we had a great stay!

Great space
Had a wonderful time at the property. Everything was clean and organized. The house is so much nicer actually in person. the scenery is beautiful and all the animals on the land are beautiful. It was just a very nice and relaxing stay and the indoor pool was great.

Beautiful home and property, horses were just stunning to watch.

All we can say after being guests at this beautiful ranch is that it was absolutely an A++ 5 star stay for my entire group. The pool is beautiful, the house was not only esthetically beautiful, but had all Of the necessities to make us feel like we were at home but away from home. Outstanding!

Wonderful
This place was perfect for our family vacation to Hershey Park. The pool and game room allowed for lots of fun. It was nice waking up and having coffee on the back deck as we watched the horses in the pasture.

Beautiful location but very dirty and poorly maintained
The house is very nice but it was very dirty and not maintained. Broken screen door handle, table chairs with broken rungs, light bulb out in bed rooms and kitchen appliances. There was so much food stock in kitchen that our food had to stay on counters. The sink sponge was old and holder had dried food on it. Shower curtain stained. Carpets ragged edge and one even rolled up on edges making it a trip hazard. Missing two sofas in basement. Moldy smell in basement bedroom. Cabin style walls with a layer of dust, even the ceiling timbers has gunk's of dust that could be see from the floor. The only bed that was of decent quality was the master. There was spider webs over the head of the bed layers of dust. Air duck filter filthy. Look at pictures careful. Yes those are stains in the carpet. Don't know when site pictures were taken but all bedding is exactly the same. Very poor loft mattresses. No one cleaned. Found plastic toothpick in master and two water bottles under living room sofa of a brand we didn't have. Oily Sulfur water. We it used our bottled water. The back deck had rotting spots in it, patio was overgrown , torn sliding door screens. One of the garage doors bent. Grill made the garage stink. There were pool towels in the dryer as if no one has been to check and put them away. This is required when you check out. Questioned if they had been washed or dried only. We froze the first night before I contacted the owner. Who told us how to change the temperature. Said they would send someone over for the list of items I reported, but no one came. There is no consistent wifi the router would not charge long enough to watch a movie all the way through.
