Great place to stay
We have stayed here several times while visiting grants pass. It is clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. Check in is so easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Grants Pass getaway
We only stayed one night. It was easy to find, close to the event we were there for. Perfect size for 2 and was clean, easy check in and check out. We brought ourselves and some food and was perfect for an overnight stay. Way better than a hotel room that would have cost the same. Will be booking again next time we go to Grants Pass.

Great Christmas getaway
We returned to this property for a second Christmas with family in town. The one bedroom unit is just the right size and the full kitchen was great for holiday cooking. The courtyard is perfect for our dog. The property is clean and quiet and centrally located. We will be back next year!

Love this place!!
Great property! So much better than a hotel! Clean and well kept. Well stocked kitchen. Private courtyard a bonus . Great location! Felt safe. Close to historic downtown area with excellent restaurants and a really nice visitor center. Loved it here and will be back!

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed.
The property was lovely but you might want to consider dimmer switches on the lights. Other than that We would definitely come again.

Riverside Cabins
I thought the River would be more visible, but it was a block away. Not a real problem. The Cabin was spacious and stocked adequately. Location was quiet. We enjoyed Grants Pass downtown, blew glass, visited the Wildlife Images rehab center and the Oregon Caves National Monument. When we later met the owner we found him very open and friendly. they have other properties and consistently strive to make each one better than the last.

Walking distance to historic district/downtown
Very nice clean new building well equipped home. Easy check in. Nice complex with green grass courtyard. Quiet neighborhood however Unit 1 backs up to the renters parking spaces. Recommend selecting one of the other units if car door noise bothers you.

Great property and clean with almost all the needed you'll need. Central ocation. Other guests were friendly and quiet. Suggested improvements: the non stick cooking pans were destroyed with deep scratches.

Great for longer stays
Well appointed 1 bedroom cottage for longer term stay. Everything was so clean and well maintained. Great communication with the owners and they were accommodating of my change in dates.

Lovely stay
Everything was great except our code to enter had not been set. The property manger responded real quick and was there within 5 mins. You might want to put something on the corner of the counter or raise the fridge leg on one side as we noticed the fridge door was hitting the counter when it was opened. Thanks and we will be back! Cozy Retreat

The best place to stay
Loved it I would love to come back and stay there every time I go and visit my friend. Everything is so close and walking distance.. the price is perfect and love the cabin style everything so clean. Only one complain was the old pans I would bring my own next time. But everything else is perfect. Thank you !! 😊

Hometown holiday
I grew up in Grants Pass and went to Riverside school, just a half block away. I was in town for my 50th +1 GPHS reunion and this place was perfect. Full kitchen so I could fix breakfast and lunch, close to everything and immaculately clean. Will definitely be back.

The location was perfect for our reason to be in Grants Pass, Oregon. This place was like our home away from home, quiet, clean, comfortable, even met a British couple who were across the lawn. Only complaint was one roll of toilet paper for a week and no hand towels.

Great set up with everything you need. It looks like a cabin inside and out yet it’s in the city near everything you want. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Clean and tidy. The bonus was an electric tea kettle.

Riverside retreat
This is an adorable little enclave of neatness and quiet. The cabin is very well laid out and nicely provisioned. It is not next to the river but is located on Riverside Dr. Close to downtown.

Really well set up. Both the living room and bedroom had separate heating. TV with Roku. Easy to park. Quite. Will use this place again for sure! Very modern with new appliances.

Good place to stay if it would have been cleaner.
My girlfriend and my son both had a hard time breathing the whole time there do to dust being in every corner of the home. But it was a good stay other than that.

Super sweet Stay
We loved our stay. We were there to meet our furniture and have it put into storage until we go back again t look for a home in the area. I am always happy with a place to stay where I can cook as my husband hates eating out all the time. Most people do not cook as I do so my few suggestions what not interest others. We will be returning around March or April again. Maybe sooner if our house searching is successful. thank you for a most pleasant stay even if it did rain every day.

After a very long drive, we entered this property and immediately felt relaxed and at home. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and super comfortable. We regretted we weren't staying longer.

Great little cottage in central lcoation
A nice little stopover for a couple of days in the heart of Southern Oregon. We loved being walking distance into town. It was a little small for our family group of 5 but we knew this going in and Cherry & Noel had kindly set up an extra inflatable bed to fit us. Modern, clean and cosy cottage stay.

Jet Boat Weekend
We had booked a dinner excursion on the jet boats and stayed in this cabin because of location, space, and more! It was perfect for our overnight stay. We have stayed at other places in town but this one can’t be beat. We can’t wait to come back!

Spacious and welcoming
Our little "cabin" was just what we needed. Spacious enough for two adults, clean, welcoming. The layout accommodated the night owl and the early bird, such that whoever was awake didn't wake up whomever was sleeping. We visited during a heat wave, so the ability to control the temp in each room was a fantastic benefit. We will be back!

This is what I expect from such an experience. The unit is roomy, well-equipped, TV in bedroom & bathroom. The theme design is both functional & memorable. So much better than a hotel!
