"Kimberly's property was just a displayed. We had a nice comfortable stay during a snowy stormy period. The drive was cleared each snowfall and we could easily get out. The garage was a huge plus. "I called and used your app to communicate about my booking. The management company you had on file said they no longer manage. I had to make other arrangements to stay for the 3 days. They did reach out the day I was supposed to check in at 11 PM, mind you, saying they would honor my reservation. Hell, I had to book a stay somewhere else. Said they would look into getting me a refund! NOPE...no communication."

"Renter BEWARE. Host is unreasonable. She charged me for a pillow and linen that were left in a closet where I thought we retrieved them for the couch stay. I messaged the host and her response was that she cleans them herself and they were missing. I responded to let her know the two extra pillows were placed in the closet on the shelf and she has not removed the expense.
