"Our room, the lobby, and pool were clean and well maintained. The air handler was quiet and kept the room an even, comfy temperature. I also like Hampton pillows more than those in other hotels. They support the head while filling the space between head and neck. The Baltimore Street Grill is an excellent restaurant. We were bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and did not mind the mile walk into town. This would be easy with a car."

"Bed was comfortable. Parking definitely was the main issue. Spots should be allocated for guests who are staying in the resort and separate from those who just patronize the casino and grounds. Not offering at least coffee in the lobby free for resort guests was unfavorable as well."

"This hotel is under construction and it smells and is musty. It is very old and dated with worn carpet, etc. Beds are not very comfortable. Definitely don't stay until the construction is over and it is updated."
