"Our stay was wonderful. The house was just as described and we were quite happy that coffee was provided since we were cycling and we didn't have any with us. Comfy beds and nice sitting area. The only "complaint" was no screens in the windows. It got quite hot and we couldn't adjust the temp, but also couldn't open windows because no screens. Otherwise, a perfect stay! "

" A fantastic place to stay in the Oldtown/Cumberland area. The house is super cute and very convenient to Oldtown and the C&O Canal, and it’s an easy drive into Cumberland if needed. Everything was peaceful and the countryside is very pretty. Also our host was great; no problems. Would stay here again! "

"This property is really just off the trail. The owner is so nice and accommodating. Loved the bedrooms. Also liked that there were flyers for delivery since we were on bikes and had to come up a large hill to get to the property. Would love to stay here again if ever doing the Gap Trail again. "

"The property was easy to find and access, and in a great location. A quick 8-minute drive to Shop n Save for groceries. We also got coffee and ice-cream from the same plaza. Cherry Creek Trail was just as a close and a lot of fun to hike especially in the snow. The hot tub was serviced the morning of our arrival and provided a relaxing soak after a long afternoon of hiking. We loved the open floor concept. "The house was great although we ended up as a much smaller group than anticipated. We intially planned the trip as a halfway point between the Stonycreek festival in Johnstown and the Lower Yough at the Ohiopyle State Park. Most of our club (ADK Whitewater Paddlers) group decided not to make the trip after the heavy rains of last week raised the difficulty level of the local rivers. The few of us that stayed found the house to be clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and to have a homey feel. "

"Great house and great location if the backside of the mountain is open. House has everything you need to entertain all ages. Only complaint is hot water. When you have that many people, doing dishes, laundry, and trying to shower after a day of skiing some were left with cold water. Besides that great house. "

"We chose to stay here for a little getaway prior to a wedding and it was perfect. In Ohiopyle, it was so peaceful and close to the trails/sites. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had an unexpected kitty show up on the porch. Had no issues and loved the super comfy couch & hot tub. "

"First off, communication with the host was fast, reliable and accurate. Property was exactly as listed, no surprises. Very clean. Well kept. All amenities worked and were easy to access. Location is absolutely perfect. Easy walk to amazing coffee, food, scenery, wilderness and all of the amazing things Ohiopyle has to offer. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this to anyone. "
