"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"The hotel was nice . Pool was great. When i booked i was booked for ocean view , however when i got to room it was an angle view. The room did have a great kitchen but there was also a smoking smell in the room. "

"I would not recommend staying here with children..room out dated n old smells tricky , bathroom dirty,stains, and sticky, toilet have scratches and stains, wash sink rustic and has an odors , pool dirty ,hair floating no smell of chlorine, arcade closed at 7pm, lazy river shorts, water park ok ,lots of seating in the pools area, receptionist rude and un professional, beach lovely, for a beach front hotel the need to do better, they houses keeping used a shopping carts as a cleaning cart 😀...

"Tatiana at the front desk was amazing! Room wasn’t available until almost 530 but we had a room changed to get a room earlier and it’s totally sucks.So they gave us a $25 voucher for the little snack shack that is down stairs so I ordered a strawberry daiquiri & it tasted like straight liquor then I used the rest to order some fries for my kids then when it came time to pay I was THEN informed I couldn’t use the voucher for the alcohol so had to pay $14. Something for a drink I trashed , shower...
